After over 2 months wait, our expired domain has been renewed. Much joy all round!
Original domain holder was no longer contactable hence the delay. Cloudnext was able to transfer it before it finally expired.

Absolutely outstanding company
Cloudnext was recommended to me to host websites and I never regretted switching to them. Absolutely outstanding service, quick and friendly response, every time. I only had a handful of questions because in general, it's all straightforward, easy to follow and navigate, but I'm not very experienced in websites and their help is very much appreciated. I had issues setting up a mail forwarder/filter, tech support narrowed it down to an issue with my browser. It was a fast and accurate find, never had an issue that wasn’t resolved quickly!
