Amazing support team as always
Amazing support team as always. This isn't the first review I've left (probably the 3rd of 4th over the years) but I can still honestly say that their support team are second to none. Replies come through within minutes and they always nail every issue.
There is no other hosting company worth using in my experience (and I've tried a LOT!)

Excellent support and migration tools
I was attracted by Cloud Next's prices and, after some research, decided to move a number of websites to their hosting. It's the kind of job I dread but after moving 10 websites, 30+ email accounts. multiple MYSql databases and 35Gb of data, I can honestly say it was far easier and less stressful than I though possible.
The email and wordpress migration tools made everything so quick and easy. The only issue I had was with the DNS records of one site - I raised a support ticket at 10.20pm and it was fixed by 10.40pm!
After 25+ years of website building using a number of highly recommended webhosts, I have not experienced better support. Nice fast servers too.
