Excellent product! Highly recommend for anyone. Very impressed with the material. High quality! It is exactly what my son with ADHD needed. It’s heavier than regular hoodies and has fidgets in the sleeve and the front pocket. He absolutely loves it and wants to “wear it every day this week!”. We will definitely be ordering more.

I really like Cloud Nine Clothing because they clearly care about their community. You can tell they genuinely value their customers and want people to feel good in what they wear, which isn’t something every brand focuses on.

I’ve been wanting one of these hoodies for a while now but I put it off because of the negative feedback and the cost. Well I got one for my birthday a couple of days ago and I was not disappointed. The material is lovely and soft and it’s really snuggly. It’s lovely to have the squishy on the cuffs and it has already helped my calm quicker in public on my bad days. I suffer from many chronic disabilities which mean I get really fatigued and also fidget a lot. If I’m feeling fatigued which then tightens my senses, it really helps calm me down.

The only reason I gave it a 4 is because I would have liked it a bit longer to cover my bottom and I also feel the cost is too steep especially as it is a product that can help so many people. But generally, lovely product. Thank you

This company is a scam. They refuse to refund my money and their return process is trash. Save your money and time and stay away from this SCAM! Extremely poor made sweatshirts that are way over price they won’t let you return it even when they claim to have a return policy.

I have only had good experiences with cloud nine, there services have been amazing every time I have ordered. I was also lucky and won a giveaway, and there support was amazing and they made sure I got it on time and that it fitted

Great hoodie but a bit overpriced. Canada shipping times were long but I had tracking that was updated regularly after a few days. Only getting 4 stars due to the price and charge for shipping. This definitely is a very unique and cozy hoodie.

I absolutely love my cloud nine hoodie!! it fits me perfectly and it’s super comfortable! it’s been my go to hoodie and has been super helpful with my anxiety and stress. I have the plum colour but will be making another purchase!! Such a great hoodie brand

I LOVE IT! I have a pink one, its perfect for when I am overstimulated or overwhelmed. Theres stressballs in the sleeves that are easily removable so they don't get in the way. Its thick but not hot and SUUUPER soft!

I love this hoodie. Took less than 2 weeks to arrive. Very well made, heavy fabric and the thumb hole, stress ball and tactile pouch features are really unique and amazing for fidgeting and anxiety. I literally went and bought three more (a zip up one for me and two for loved ones)!

Just received my package and I’m OBSESSED. I got matching sets for both me and my daughter and quality is amazing, thick, very soft, and I love the color (got them in the shade lavender) 💜 my daughter love the built in stress balls! one thing I will say is, they do run big so definitely size down but aside from that, I cannot wait to match with my mini me :)

I ordered one for each of my kiddos. They like oversized so I ordered one size up for each. It took a bit to arrive as it ships from overseas so keep this in mind if ordering for a special event or holiday. The colors are great in person and the quality is wonderful. Thick material and my kids love the built in stress balls and that the hood part of the hoodie covers their heads well. The embroidered cloud ☁️ logo on the front is really cute. The bundle came with a sticker and a cute canvas bag that we love as well. I plan to order one for myself now that I’ve seen the quality. Very happy with our purchase.

Although there was a delay and I had no idea when it would arrive, I remained hopeful that it would and in good condition. And it did. I am so so happy with this product and I am never going to take it off 😅. It is so comfortable and I love how perfectly oversized it is. The material is so soft and the fidgets are amazing.

Ordered a hoodie, my son didn’t like it, sent it back within the required return timeframe, no refund. After corresponding with company, told to send tracking information and they would review my “case.” I had to pay $10 to access archived tracking info from usps. I emailed that to Cloud9 and now they are ghosting me. I have no hoodie and out $96!

I ordered 2 anxiety sweaters for both my daughters (ages 16 and soon to be 13 in 3 days). I ordered on March 15th and received them yesterday, March 23rd. I was skeptical as I figured it was coming from china (most of the FB items you order do).
After I placed the order I realized my old address was added in for shipping. I emailed customer service with very low expectations that my shipping address would be changed or even if they’d answer me. But to my surprise they did and got the address changed!
My girls LOVE THEM. They put them on right away, even though in Texas it is not cold right now 🤣.
They do run a little oversized but I think that’s the point of them.

Great service, a bit a long duration of delivery but this was because of the customs in my country! Great quality !!

I have saved up for 6 weeks to get 4 Hoddies for the of 2 it said£ 51.79 but when I added it two the cart it say£ 200 they are soo cheeky me and my friend was so excited for a cloud 9 hoodie but the website is a cheat a scam never think this is a good deal never use this website

On their website it said delivery will be shipped 3-5 days to Canada lol they lie about it your order will NOT get shipped for over a month then you have to wait for that shipping container to arrive from China to Canada so if you ordered don’t expect your package to arrive within 3-4 months! Having said that messages don’t get returned for days weeks …. My next step Better Business Bureau to informed of what is going on! Please think twice before placing an order $155 for a sweater yes … the things we do for our kids! 🤷‍♀️🤦‍♀️

This is a dishonest company. They charge you and ship with an untrustworthy service and when the service refuses delivery CloudNine tells you to reach out to the company delivering, which is a Chinese company that has no way of being reached. They obviously know about these issues and are choosing to steal peoples’ money, and possibly data. Within a week of purchasing this I had fraudulent transactions on my credit card from another country.

Though some people actually do receive their product, I think it’s luck of the draw and just a way for a sham business to stay in operation.

I placed an order for a hoodie in the New Year and was informed that it had been dispatched. Several weeks later, the tracking information continued to indicate that the item remained in China. I contacted Cloud 9, who stated that the hoodie had arrived in the United Kingdom and was with Yodel. However, upon contacting Yodel, I was advised that they had no record of the parcel.
Each time I contacted Cloud 9, I was provided with a different explanation, albeit communicated politely. When I requested a refund, Cloud 9 informed me that, because I had not purchased shipping insurance, they were unable to offer any reimbursement. As a result, I raised the matter with my credit card provider and am now awaiting the outcome of their investigation to determine whether a refund can be issued.
