My rating is based on my overall experience with CloudTalk. The platform itself is excellent, incredibly intuitive, and very easy to use.
What I value most is their support team—they respond almost immediately. It’s a huge plus, as they clearly understand that every moment of downtime can mean significant losses for a business. The price-to-quality ratio is also outstanding.
If I were to suggest one improvement, it would be more granular notification settings. As an emergency hotline consultant for our drivers, it is crucial for me to stay reachable for calls at all times. However, it would be great to have the option to mute SMS notifications after a certain hour while keeping calls active. Currently, when a large volume of SMS messages comes in, my phone and watch vibrate non-stop, which can be disruptive.
Overall, I am very happy with our partnership with CloudTalk and highly recommend them! :)

The Mac app is easy to use and integrates well with Pipedrive.
Switching between numbers to dial from is seamless and straightforward.
Sometimes the dial can hang but a simple restart typically fixes this issue.

"I chose CloudTalk to scale my agency, across Europe (Benelux, DACH, and Scandinavia). I was explicitly promised multiple times during the sales process that all these regions were fully covered.
The reality is a disaster. Currently, 60-70% of my target countries are unreachable, including Germany, Switzerland, Norway, Ireland, and Luxembourg. Because I cannot reach my prospects on time, the loss in lead value has already cost me significantly more than the entire annual cost of the CloudTalk subscription.
Furthermore, the user experience is highly unprofessional. There is no notification or warning when someone calls you back. You suddenly find yourself in a live conversation while you are in the middle of other work, without any context or preparation. This makes it impossible to maintain a high-end, professional image.
If you are a serious business looking to scale internationally, stay away. They promise the world but fail to deliver on the most basic requirement: making a phone call.

The app works really fine. It's really to integrate with the CRM, we currently have Odoo in the cloud and CloudTalk is really good and easy to set up. The only thing is the platform has some bugs in the setup and it doesn't work correctly with Odoo with the click-to-call extension. If you're using a screen that is not that big, your desktop app is going to have issues with sizing and fitting on your screen and it's impossible to resize the app.

I signed up for CloudTalk just a couple of days ago and overall I'm really happy with it.
The platform is straightforward and easy to use — even for someone who isn't very technical. Call quality is good, the interface is clean and simple, and it does exactly what I need without unnecessary complications. It’s a solid, no-fuss solution that just works.
The only small issue I faced was that they couldn’t accept the German mobile number I already had. However, the support team has been responsive and is actively trying to help me resolve it, which I appreciate.
For everything else (setup, features, and daily use), I’m satisfied and would recommend CloudTalk to others looking for a simple yet effective cloud phone system.

Since day one using CloudTalk has made my days easier and faster. Ease of use is key thing what makes it great. Havent tried all the features like AI agents but campaing calls is what i love. Allthough could fix the mic quality. I even bought a good microphone and it sometimes still sounds like i got it for 3€ on alibaba(i tested other apps and the mic has no issue)

After implementing and working with CloudTalk for the last year and a half, we can highly recommend the company! The transition from our previous provider was smooth and positive for us.
1. The product is very user-friendly, and our agents greatly enjoy using it.
2. The CloudTalk support team is very helpful and always makes an effort to understand our needs and find solutions when needed.
3. CloudTalk frequently introduces new features and develops the product very quickly.
There are a few areas where we hope CloudTalk can further improve the product:
1.Make analytics exports more flexible, allow modified export options, and address the remaining issues with displaying the correct numbers.
2. Make the account settings more flexible and allow team leaders greater access to the setup based on a permission scheme.
Although there are always areas for improvement, we trust both the product and the team. It is a pleasure to work with them, and we highly recommend CloudTalk to others.

Onboarding and implementation is not helpful.
we are having quite a few issues with zoho crm, and we know it is setting us back with go live date, neither customer support is able to solve it nor onboarding team is helping or implementation team

Easy Hubspot integration and decent albeit AI powered CS. Very hard to set up number of payable seat had to delete an account in order not to duplicate costs.
