Cloud talk is very Professional and easy to use for either large or small bussinesses. It has helped my bussiness with alot of leads and sales generation and my outbound team is very pleased with its UI and ease of use
The worst company I’ve ever had to deal with.
I experienced a catalogue of technical issues and was unable to speak to a human, which resulted in downtime for my business until someone finally assisted me 24 hours later.
I also encountered billing issues and was charged for services I never used. I sent 6–7 emails, all of which went unanswered until yesterday - nearly 4 MONTHS after my original emails (not a single acknowledgement).
These were not complex queries, and could have been dealt with quickly.
The lack of customer support and communication has been extremely disappointing. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company.

La qualità delle telefonate è stata spesso pessima, con problemi audio, instabilità, interruzioni e malfunzionamenti continui. Avevamo quattro operatori che utilizzavano la piattaforma e praticamente ogni giorno si presentava un problema nuovo. Invece di semplificare il lavoro, CloudTalk ha creato continui rallentamenti, perdite di tempo e difficoltà operative.
Il servizio clienti è lentissimo, poco accessibile e spesso incapace di fornire soluzioni rapide e concrete. Per un servizio così costoso, il livello di assistenza e la qualità generale della piattaforma sono assolutamente insufficienti.
Anche la user experience è pessima: piattaforma poco intuitiva, continui bug e processi inutilmente complicati. La cosa più assurda e inaccettabile è stata la difficoltà nel disdire il piano. Non è possibile cancellare l’abbonamento autonomamente con un semplice clic: il sistema obbliga addirittura a prenotare una call di “offboarding”. Rendere così complicata la cancellazione di un servizio è, a nostro avviso, una pratica estremamente frustrante e poco trasparente.
Abbiamo perso troppo tempo, denaro ed energie a causa di questa piattaforma. Qualità delle chiamate pessima, problemi tecnici continui, assistenza scadente, costi elevati e una procedura di cancellazione assurda.
Esperienza davvero disastrosa. Servizio assolutamente sconsigliato.
Our experience with CloudTalk was extremely negative in every possible way.
The call quality was often terrible, with audio issues, instability, interruptions, and constant technical problems. We had four operators using the platform, and almost every day a new issue appeared. Instead of improving our workflow, CloudTalk caused continuous disruption, wasted time, and serious operational difficulties.
Customer support was extremely slow, difficult to access, and often unable to provide fast or effective solutions. For such an expensive service, the level of support and the overall platform quality were completely unacceptable.
The user experience was also very poor: the platform was unintuitive, affected by frequent bugs, and unnecessarily complicated. The most absurd and unacceptable part was the cancellation process. Customers are not allowed to cancel the subscription independently with a simple click. Instead, the platform forces users to book an “offboarding call.” Making it so difficult to cancel a service is, in our opinion, extremely frustrating and lacking in transparency.
We wasted far too much time, money, and energy dealing with this platform. Poor call quality, constant technical issues, inadequate customer support, high costs, and an absurd cancellation process.
A truly disastrous experience. We strongly do not recommend CloudTalk.
I was able to group my main agency line with my outbound marketing dialer and saved a bunch.

All though, I wrote to the sales rep., many times, that I dont need to continue with the subscription and followed their guide to cancel the subscription, they just continue to charge me for another month..
I dont know how to stop this anymore.. Just be aware of this risk if you choose this supplier

As a startup with remote freelancer workers worldwide, the biggest bottleneck, cost-wise, is dialers. Cloud Talk offers a good solution that is flexible and fairly priced. Onboarding was smooth; I filled in the contact form, and we were live almost the same day
