I have been a client with Cloudvisor now for almost a year and they have been nothing but super helpful and always reactive to any questions I have.

So glad I found these guys!

Was great until they started being very pushy and downright rude.

I need to warn everyone about Cloudvisor, a company that is clearly a scam. They promised me free AWS credits and better billing management, but here’s the reality:It is sad that this company suggested to me by someone who is working on AWS.
Unexpected Billing: From Dec 11, 2024, to Jan 13, 2025, I was charged over $100 despite my usual spending being around $40 a month. This happened while Cloudvisor had access to my account.
No Transparency: I wasn’t informed about their deal with AWS, and they continued sending me documents about credits I never received.
Poor Communication: After reaching out multiple times, no one followed up, and I had a security issue with massive consumption on my account without any resolution.
I feel misled and plan to file a complaint with AWS. If you're considering using Cloudvisor, be cautious and double-check everything before committing. Cloudvisor is nothing but a scam that will take advantage of you. They’ve misled me at every turn, and I’m filing a formal complaint with AWS. Stay far away from them and protect your account!

AWS discounts are amongst the best, their policy is very start-up friendly and their customer services are very good. Set-up was quick and simple, and their Terms and Conditions are (in my opinion) clear and fair.

The downside is that the online Customer Portal feels rushed and not of production-quality. For example, at present:

- There's no 2FA feature, just basic username and password.
- The 'Download Invoice' icon does nothing when clicked.
- The "Pay invoice" option on the Billing page only appears for mobiles and smaller screens, presumably meaning that people using desktop cannot pay their bill in the usual way. (Tip: Make the browser window narrower until the Pay Invoice option appears.)
- Clicking on "Pay invoice" results in the error message "credit card policy is disabled", although there's no option to enter credit card details anywhere in the portal.

These things have been reported, but I can't help wonder what problems there will be the next time I need to pay a bill or administrate my account.

Customer oriented approach helped us a lot on our AWS-journey. Cloudvisor helped us to reduce costs at the first place. Now we are going to deepen our AWS-understanding with them by going through AWS WAFR by their outstanding experts.

CloudVisor has truly been a great partner to us from the inception. They helped us with AWS credits as we onboarded, and also offers us a monthly discount over the AWS pricing, which is quite significant. They also helped us with guidance on the account and AWS Organization migrations and have always provided a stellar service with very quick response times. The only issue we originally had was being a US company and needing to make an international wire transfer since CloudVisor was European. Few months back, they even resolved that with a US entity and our payments couldn't be smoother!
