A review of two halves - Good and not so good
Good ordering process and response including queries on order prompt
Delivery of furniture and carrier very good
Quality product very good and reasonable
Not so good - when pointed out some items not arrived ie covers very poor email communication and responses with no apology for delay or for waiting ages for responses
Arrived a week after main delivery but no follow up - ruined what would have been 5 star review. But looking at reviews others found this as well.

Bought the firepit table, first use to lower from dining to coffee table use the glass top completely shattered covering me in splinters of glass it literally went everywhere which took me an afternoon to clear up and even now still fining shards of glass. Contacted the company and got a push back immediately and basically told to go find replacement glass myself! I went back to tell them it was first use and there was clearly something not right with it and again got a push back, they were not interested at all. I informed them I would go through my credit card and that they could refund and collect and got a reply to tell me about 'my tone' and not to threaten them!! Wouldn't touch this company with a barge pole. They give false delivery dates (as you suggested in other reviews) and take no liability for when anything goes wrong.

Still from April order I never received correct sofa I ordered . Having stayed in on 3 occasions for them not to turn up to collect . They keep saying they bent over backwards to help but can’t see apart from not turning up what they did ?? They have also deleted reviews on both review sites they use so what is the point of reviews if they delete any that aren’t positive . They have no returns phone line but are quite happy to discuss a future sale !! Oh and it’s them that keep emailing me asking for review so only doing as asked but expecting this one to be deleted as well !!

Please buy with caution, they only offer a 1 year warranty - rattan furniture should last approx 10 years but if you have damage after 12 months they will suggest buying an overpriced repair kit. I paid £900 for my set, all the rattan has broken on the table where it is actually covered by glass, contacted customer service and they didn’t seem bothered at all.

Lovely set, all delivered well wrapped, so easy to assemble, only need the table top fixing. The cushions are so soft, overall a great set, really pleased with the purchase.

No respons as yet to numerous emails re missing part delivery .paid for 2 sets anonymous received one...chat not replied to either
After several messages and an apology we have now received our second set and the quality is very good.I have upgraded to 3 stars

Delivery was as specified, with very well packaged goods on a pallet & fork lifted onto my driveway. Nice guy who delivered it too!!! Beautiful products inside - well pleased with the quality & look once everything unpacked & setup on the patio.

Purchased a harmony corner set great product easy to assemble highly recommend .

From ordering, communication throughout to delivery, everything went perfect. Quality of furniture is very good. Personally, as I did, it is worth the money for the extra covers to protect your furniture.
Would 100% recommend for anybody thinking of purchasing.

Go and look at the trustpilot reviews for rattangardens.com and the scam will be revealed. You will note that a lady on that trustpilot page writes that she bought from them after reading some recent trustpilot reviews about positive experiences that have since been deleted. THIS trustpilot page for Club Rattan (trading under Club Soda Living) has IDENTICAL reviews to the ones deleted from the rattangardens.com trustpilot page. I know because I too saw the deleted ones before they were deleted and have seen the exact same on this page.

I can only assume trustpilot worked out they were false reviews so deleted them, and they have been copy and pasted on to the trust pilot for Club Rattan. You will 100% lose your money if you buy from this website. So many, including myself, already have and if I cant get my money back I want to at least warn others.

Regardless of the reply below, please check the link between rattangarden.com and clubrattan.com on Companies House. Their parent companies are run by the same person with their HQ's being the same.

We are very pleased with our garden set — the quality is excellent and it looks fantastic.
The reason for 4 rather than 5 stars is the delayed dispatch and the initial lack of communication, which was frustrating at the time. However, once the issue was escalated, this was handled much better and appreciated.
Overall, despite the rocky start, we’re really happy with the furniture and would recommend based on the quality of the product.

After doing a lot of research and nearly changing my mind about ordering as some reviews had bad experiences with delivery I went ahead and ordered and I am so glad I did. We ordered on the Sunday night and I got a call on the Tuesday asking when I wanted it delivered so I chose the Thursday and it arrived with no problems. Took my husband 2 hours to put it together and it looks nice and sturdy with lovely deep comfortable cushions and the added bonus of a free rain cover. So pleased with it for the price. Now just need the weather to improve so we can enjoy it. Thank you

Great value for money good communication and quick delivery

Garden furniture very nice , comfortable looks lovely , had a problem with some bolts missing .e mailed club rattan , they apologised and couriered bolts to me , well done thank great service

Prompt email reply’s , customer service second to none,easy to order. I first ordered the brown bistro set , then the sun loungers which were grey because I would have liked matching colours , it was suggested , I have brown cushions on the grey loungers , great idea very helpful , few days later ordered covers for loungers, my furniture , and covers all arrived today all together , delivery service perfect I was kept well informed beforehand of delivery date and also day of delivery, the quality and look of furniture beautiful, good size chairs,
nice colours , hard wearing, stable , furniture
