I would definitely say they know exactly where I was with my mental health diagnosis of having PTSD, Major depressive disorder, anxiety disorder, and other psychological disorders I developed when struck with an unexpected bereavement losing my daughter murdered on December 20th of 2018, just 5 days before Christmas and the time I was employed by Amazon fulfillment center (AVP1) the best company I ever worked for 9 years and before my bereavement, I have planned to retire from AVP1 without a doubt but all my plans changed since I got the call no parent would ever want to receive and be informed of their loss especially your own child , it’s just heartbreaking at its hardest level a parent can bare, and so when I reached out to CannaCare Docs they quickly responded back with appointment already made for me to be evaluated by a doctor from CannaCare Docs team by phone and in just 10 to 15 minutes they already knew where I was at with my mental health diagnosis and agreed with me why I was looking for more medication to help with depressions, anxiety, PTSD and other psychological disorders and I just had to let it out without being afraid to be honest with the way I felt that with 2 medication I am taking daily a pill of 100mg Zoloft I take in the morning and a pill of 15mg of Mertazapin I take at night to help me sleep through the night , was not enough for me to help me adapt back to a normal life and that I needed something in between my daily intake and without a hassle and having the compassion for me CannaCare Docs Team knew exactly what to do for me , they understood what I was trying to get at with my mental health diagnosis to get the help I needed and so I was approved to become a registered patient with CannaCare Docs team and was blessed with a medical marijuana card to get the right treatment between my daily medications to help me adapt to a normal life as a father to Angel! My video chat wouldn't work so the doctor called me on my phone. They were there for me if I needed help. Great people.

I was very nervous using a telehealth service for my first medical card. However, CMed was very open about communicating when my appointment was. The day of the doctor was a little behind and he called to ensure I was not being ignored. The doctor took his time, made suggestions and explained some of my conditions to me like no one ever has. Overall, the process was smooth, paperwork was filled out promptly on the doctor’s end. Which only made the state process go by much more quickly.
