Scam company

Scam company. Held onto my funds for close to 2 weeks before contacting me asking for another $30 for additional postage charges. DO NOT buy from this company.

Do not order - damaged, told me to return now ignoring with no refund

Ordered a bike for toddler. It arrived damaged and paint chipped. They asked me to keep it and would refund £10. As it was for a birthday gift I declined as didn’t want to be gifting a damaged bike. They told me to return the item for a refund. They wouldn’t arrange the return collection as said was too small an item. However it was too large for me to take anywhere. told me to arrange with dpd and would refund the postage cost as it was £23. Note their email responses to get me to return the item were very quick (multiple a day). I have done this and sent them tracking showing that it has been received at their depot yet now all my emails are being ignored for days and I have been not refunded. I also left a review on the item page on the website which has funnily not been approved since it was a bad review proving that also their reviews on their website are likely not showing the full picture based on all reviews they receive. Terrible customer service, I recommend to not buy from.

Very bad product and worst after-sales…

Very bad product and worst after-sales service. 'Support' email is just an eyewash with no response towards the claims of the client. The day I received the product, the same day I tried it and did not work in the way it should. I emailed them and was asked to provide a video of the issue. After providing the video of the faulty roti maker, they stopped responding. Numerous emails sent as a reminder to advise regarding next steps, but all in vain. I wanted to avoid writing such a review, however, more than the money($76 only), it is about how they treat their clients after selling the product. I simply want everyone to know to be aware of CNCEST. I specifically did not buy the product from any third party app and decided to go through a legit Australian seller, but this is what I get at the end. In this age and stage it is about service, rather than sales. I hope everyone reads this review before deciding to buy from them. Very disappointed.

Big SCAM!

They send us the machine but it was missing screws in the housing of the machine and wasn't put together as it should. The main part was loose & still in plastic in the middle of the machine. Did not work at all. Already trying to get my money back for more than a month. They offer like € 15,- discount so you bring it to a repair shop yourself. What a scam!!

The goods were delivered very quickly. I received a lot of help with problems and questions. The response time was very short and friendly and helpful. I am very satisfied with the purchase.

low quality and unprofessional

The bike came to me with the brakes detached. I took it to a bike store to have them fixed and the first time I used it they came off again. I wrote to customer service who told me to have it fixed at a store and they would then take care of the repair costs. Once I sent the receipt they tell me that the refund only happens if I give them a positive review on a website.

ACHTUNG: Der Shop schreibt: 60 Tage kostenlose Rückgabe. Eine Rückgabe ist nicht möglich! Ich habe 2 Wochen per mail diskutiert, Sienehmen neue ungeöffnete Artikel nicht zurück!
....
ATTENTION: The shop writes: 60 days free returns. A return is not possible! I have discussed it by email for 2 weeks, they don't take back new, unopened items!

Good experience...Chloe has been amazing from start to…

Chloe has been amazing from start to finish. I ordered the item which turned up in good time, good order and sturdily packaged. The item ordered was great, the one fault was the instructions were not in English but Chloe rectified this very quickly by sending an email attachment along with a video attachment. I do think you need a qualified electrician to fit this item, as the electrics were not straight forward for a 'layman' like myself. However, through no fault of the companies AT ALL, I had to return the item ( a misjudgement on my part) This was accomplished with the minimum of fuss and my payment card was credited in good time. All in all a good experience, predominantly because of the diligence of Chloe. Thank you
