Purchased the four horsepower 4-stroke motor. Checked out really good I did all the lubricants and I'll be putting it in the water shortly. So far I'm very happy with my experience and look forward to getting out on the water.

SCAM ALERT!!! FRAUD!!! I bought a bicycle from this site. They sent the bicycle to me in a damaged state and refused to refund. I sent so many mails to them with very little reply or attempt to collect the bike. I had to sent the bike back myself and now still counting no refund has yet been made. £135.99 gone. They are thieves. Beware!

Absolutely awful company! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! I bought a cash register for my business, it was faulty as soon as I plugged it in, flashing on and off. They wanted video evidence. I wasn’t willing to plug back in as it was an electrical problem. Wish I had read all the reviews on this company first! They would not except a return or refund for a dodgy electric product.

I bought a bike from them in June which arrived damaged when I contacted them they refused to sent me label to return..
I am still fighting to get my money back.

As per the other reviews these guys are scam artists, avoid buying from them. Purchased a toy kitchen which arrived without instructions, ended up having to frantically look for a replacement gift on the day of the birthday. Contacted them for a refund and their response so far has been to try and fob me off by offering to send me the instructions for something not needed and then claiming that their instructions are digital only.

I ordered a salon trolley & a pneumatic transmission fluid pump arrived instead. As instructed on their refunds/ returns policy I contacted their customer support email to resolve the issue. Response was extremely slow and totally unhelpful.

First they told me to pay them money to ship back the wrong item even though their website literally says they will cover shipping costs on their end if they are at fault. When I brought that to their attention, they blackmailed me and demanded that I leave them a 5 star review first and then they will look after my parcel. They stopped responding to me when I told them I would not do that.

Needless to say they did not fix the issue nor did they offer me a refund or anything. I didn’t even get an apology.

I had to contact my bank in the end to do a chargeback. I also ended up being able to sell their pump on FB marketplace so jokes on them🖕

They are nothing but scumbags so please don’t order from them.

Got a child's bike that arrived damaged. I emailed pictures and asked for a refund was told the damage didn't effect its use so they would discount £6. This was not good enough they offered £10 discount. I have been back and forth emailing for nearly two weeks. One minute they say they cant send me a return label then they can but will deduct shipping cost . Managed to get klarna to pause payments until this is resolved if not I will be taking them to court

We had a minor issue with the motor that we asked about and our contact Molly was quick to jump on it and help us get it resolved. We had great communication through the whole process and we made a couple of comments to Hangkaimotors to enhance their video which we highly recommend watching.

Molly your customer service rep was outstanding, over several correspondences, and follow-ups; she assisted in finding a resolution for a ceiling fan we purchased that was not operating correctly. She assisted in researching the problem, found the replacement part in China and placed the order which was delivered directly to our home. My husband was able to repair the fan! Molly is a perfect CSR for your company. We will definitely use Cncest in the future because of her outstanding service!

Avoid CNCEST at all costs — appalling product quality and non-existent customer service.

I bought a water pump from CNCEST which lasted just 11 months with very minimal use. It was only used to transfer water from an IBC to my polytunnel — nothing intensive — and it sat unused and stored indoors for four of those months over winter.

When it failed, I contacted CNCEST requesting a refund or replacement. That was three days ago, and I’ve had no response whatsoever. Now, when I check their website, I find that my account has mysteriously been deleted — meaning I’ve lost all proof of purchase and order details.

It’s clear from other reviews that I’m not alone. This company is a complete sham. Their customer service is non-existent, and deleting customer accounts to dodge warranty claims is utterly disgraceful.

In a world where reputable service is expected, this kind of behaviour is outrageous. Companies like this should not be allowed to operate.

We ordered a mini table saw for cutting rock for jewelry making, It was shipped and delivered in a timely manner and was well packaged. All parts were there and some assembly was required. The directions seemed clear but my 85 year old husband decided he couldn't do it and wanted to return the saw. Daisy was very helpful. She offered that instead of the expense of shipping it back to China we could keep the saw and they would refund $8.00. I agreed and the $8.00 was refunded. Daisy was very helpful and responded to my email in a timely manner. I am happy with my shopping experience.

I ordered very old headlights that were obviously redesigned to fit and made very well. Will order all of my hard to find old car parts from CNCEST!
