Ordered a bike for my son which unfortunately arrived with a manufacturer default. I have contacted their customer service and Daisy has been absolutely amazing . She tried to help me first to see if I didn't set it up incorrectly and when all of this didn't work , she helped me with the refund process. She made the whole process very easy and I cannot fault her , she was very clear on her explanation and made the refund process smoothly. Thank you again Daisy .

I recently purchased a roti maker from this website, and my experience has been outstanding from start to finish. The site was very easy to navigate, making the whole purchasing process smooth and straightforward. I appreciated the convenience of being able to choose between PayPal and card payments.

Shipping was impressively quick. I was pleasantly surprised at how fast I received my order, especially considering the affordable pricing of the products. It's rare to find a combination of good prices and speedy delivery, but this business nailed it.

I was a bit suspicious at first after I placed my order because the price was so cheap. But the order arrived after only 4 days and everything that was supposed to be in the parcel was there. I ordered flower frames and they even included the tools I needed to Build them up and instructions were also included . I had a minor problem with the assembly of the goods, so I wrote to the support team by email and received an answer within a few hours, so I was able to solve my problem very quickly. The support was very helpful and polite.
Also the quality of the goods were amazing, no scratches or other damages.
Very great, I will definitely buy here again.

The portable power washer l bought wasn’t working as well as expected, l emailed the company who replied within a couple of days, they attached a video to the email with instructions of how to put the equipment together with suggestions as to what l may have done incorrectly, they were spot on, it’s working well now and I’m happy with my purchase

The item we bought, some pullout kitchen shelves are great. Installed they do the job well. However, the package came with no installation instructions. They were forwarded after I made a request but by the time they had arrived, our kitchen installer had figured it out. The worst part of the experience was that the package was delivered to the wrong address twice and only the kindness of the lady at the second address enable me to collect the package. Not a good performance. Hence the 3 stars only.

This company doesn’t even deserve one star, I purchased a folding bike but after assembling the product there appeared to be something not right. I took the bike to a bike shop and they deemed the bike to be unsafe to ride and advised me to returned the bike. The process of getting a refund was so painful which l didn’t get back until my bank intervened, however I am still awaiting for my postage refund which I don’t think I will ever get back as they have stopped responding to me. DO NOT purchase anything from this company their quality is cheap and not fit for purpose. Getting a refund is a nightmare, customer service and complaints are non existent This company are CROOKS.

I bought a bike baby seat, it arrived in a few days but the box was damaged and fixed by DHL with a tape. Internally some piecese were missing, i wrote to get a new one or to send it back and get a refund. They took days before to reply me. Initially they proposed me to refund me just 15$ (price was 50$) and to try to get the missing pieces somewhere (it was up to me to find someone able to sell just those missing pieces), then they proposed me to get pieces from them paying 30$ of shipment (babyseat deliver was for free). Moreover, their customer service doesn't reply, i must send them so many reminds. In the EU we have the right to ship products back to the shop with no reasons if we are not happy about that, it seems they're not aware about it. I discourage everybody to buy something from them, if something goes wrong they don't respect the laws and they don't support you in anyhow.

The time zone difference made it a slower process but other than that they resolved my issue of my item arriving damaged! JD

I want to return my bought item, which I can by law, but they ignore me, worst customer service, never buy anything again from them.

We bought an awesome knock box from Cncest for our coffee shop...it is a tall skinny one that sits on the floor--we LOVE IT! It came with 30 trash bags to fit in it, thank goodness because I hadn't even thought about that! SO...I went to buy some replacement trash bags for it...they don't sell the bags I need, and when I asked where I might be able to buy some, I was ignored! HOW in the world can someone sell a product that requires a VERY specific accessory, yet you don't SELL that accessory?!! Ridiculous!! The ONLY reason I gave 2 stars is because I have to give at least one and the 2nd one is because the knock box is really great...just horrible customer service (which means everything to me) and ridiculousness that they don't sell the replacement bags!!

I highly recommend this great company with honest and professional people. Their quick response and polite attitude certainly made me want to buy from them again in the future.
