Buying a house is one of the most stressful things we can do. One of the over-riding concerns is finance.
Co-Ownership enables people of all ages to buy their first home. I bought my first home through Co-Ownership and now, decades later, I have just bought my final home through them.

My partner & I found ourselves in a tight spot in late 2024 when eviction loomed because our landlord had decided to sell.
With rent demand & costs shooting up locally, we decided to look into buying a home - even though saving a deposit wasn’t an easy task.

Everything from the word go was so straight forward. Co-ownership were very helpful and helped make my dream a reality of owning my first home at over 50 years. I was happy to take myself off the council housing list that I've been on for 20 years on a zero award. They made the process seem effortless and the compassion for individual circumstances was evident in the process. All the information is online or at the end of a phone-call or email on how to co-own your home with co-ownership. I would never have afforded my new build home without them. After renting run down homes for 30 years, it was such a joy to get my new build home. Buying a new home is stressful but co-ownership halved the stress because my repayments were far less with co-ownership than with a traditional mortgage. No matter how well you budget and account for buying for your new home, it will always cost more than you anticipated, rarely less. So having someone in the process that has no hidden costs can help enormously. Thank you co-ownership!
