Shame one cannot exchange sweatshirts based on difficult to follow size charts. I’m always a L or even XL. Very large sizes.
Highly inflexible and unhelpful customer support.
Don’t buy anything there!!

My piece of garment arrived damaged, and they refuse to give a refund.

CoastBcn delivers low-quality garments from factories in China. The prints are very pixelated and the fabric feels cheap.

What's even worse is their customer service. They keep returing unclear en vague e-mails, and now they seem to ignore my e-mails.

An extremely poor company led by amateurs.

The sweater is really big but it’s great quality and I’m really happy with it

I was looking for a blue hoodie that should have a wave as a print. I spontaneously found him on Instagram and I ordered another one directly. The hoodies have a perfect quality and are very cosy! I can only recommend it 🙌🏼

The quality of the clothes and the designs are unique and fashionable. The only problem is that the designs on the website look not as good as the real clothes. More real life pictures would be great. The brand is a bit pricey with shipping. The customer service is really friendly, helpful and fast.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Hoodie is very poor quality and the sizing is ridiculous, size M is basically XS. They are supposed “sustainably made” in Spain, but obviously Made cheaply in some sweatshop in china. There isn’t even a tag in the hoodie of the brand, just a tiny size marker. Items took about a month to arrive (another reason I think they are lying about where they are based). I would try to return but based on all the reviews on here with people unable to return items I don’t think I’ll bother. Disappointing

Unlike everyone else, the shipping of my product went all fine. It took approximately 10 days, which is acceptable for a product that gets shipped from China, so I am content with it. Also about that: they advertise that it's 'authentic from Spain'-it is so not. The quality of the product is not how it is seen. I got it for appr. 20 euros with all the discounts I had, so I do not complain, because it feels like a 20 euro hoodie (maybe even less tbh). But it is definitely NOT worth 70 euros, which is the original price they sell their clothing. It is mass printed and shipped, so I bet making one doesn't cost more than 2 euros. The hoodie looks much better quality in their ads online but it is not the reality.
I ordered size M, which was the smallest size they had, and as a small person (163cm) it has just the good loose fit so I am happy that I did not buy any smaller size because it would be too small.
I count myself lucky that I'm in the minority that did not have any problems with their order, but I don't think I would purchase from them again.

The hoodies are of very poor quality and the sizing is tiny. The hoodie also clearly shipped from China, despite their sustainability claims. Coast does not accept returns either and when I reached out to complain about quality they said they only offer returns for damaged items

I would give a 0 if I could. I would urge you not to buy anything from this company, can’t believe i fell for this scam. The hoodies are not authentic or made in spain, but rather made with bad quality materials and probably made in a sweat shops with bad working conditions. My product was not only already faulty but the hoodie is see through 🙄 You can tell it’s not a genuine company when there is not even a tag in the jumper and a cheap looking size tag

The shipping company is a chinese one (Yun Express) that is really bad marked
AfterSales service on whatsapp answer on average after 1 day, they show me a proof a delivery (chinese paper with my address and a chinese stamp...)
and they say : shipping company send us this proof we can do nothing more.
There are not even sorry for that.

Bad quality hoodie very thin material. Advertised as L but fits like S/M. Shorter sleeves than shown in picture. Do not buy if you are wanting thick good quality hoodies.

Do not buy. Scam Business. The shirt i purchased is the worst quality shirt i have ever seen in my life. It's so thin that it's actually see-through, would be surprised if it lasted 5 washes. Graphic is sub-par also. Shirt does not look like as advertised and they do not provide refunds.

Shirt was also advertised as "oversized style" and to size up. This is not accurate, I would have to size up 2 or 3 to get an oversized style.

I am just really disappointed that I cant return my hoody. The page is making advertisement with „worldwide shipping“ and so on, but they dont mention that there is no return service. So now I have a pullover with another color than expexted, that doesnt fit and I cant return. Really disappointing !
