Absolute scammers. Made an order, hour later says cancelled. They had the audacity to say that I cancelled the order, which is a blatant lie.

They also said they were going to refund me but still nothing. They completely ignore my emails and any attempts to make contact with them.

Stay away !!!!

Update: still no response to my emails. What great customer service. Cancel your orders, blame you, then completely ignore you. 👏

I Placed an order months ago, its a preorder that still isnt released yet. I checked up on my order recently and it said "cancelled". They have not once communicated to me that it had been cancelled. They have NOT issued me a refund as of yet. They have NOT replied to any e-mail I sent them. They have NOT responded to their online chat. They have NOT answered their phone.

I will be contacting my credit card supplier for a refund.

Coasties were very good at communicating when they were dispatching the items that I ordered from them. They arrived in a timely manner and were well packaged. No damage to any item and the box is clearly labelled as Fragile. This is my third order with Coasties and I will continue to order from them in future.

Always fair pricing. Packaging goes above & beyond what you would expect (some of the best I've seen in the TCG space) and the owner is very engaging. Will buy from here again for sure

Recently purchased some fresh Pokémon restocked items and was thoroughly impressed with the experience. The packaging was perfectly secured ensuring everything arrived in mint condition, with no damage whatsoever. The tracking was spot-on and updated regularly, so I always knew exactly where my order was. To top it off, the customer service/discord was excellent! Really just a friendly, responsive, and genuinely helpful team at coasties.
Highly recommend and will be purchasing more.
