We’re sorry to see your 1-star review, especially as you have not contacted our customer care regarding your order. Unfortunately, we have not had the opportunity to assist you.
We have checked the tracking for your parcel, and USPS attempted delivery on August 29. Unfortunately, they were unable to deliver it and marked the shipment “Addressee Unknown”, meaning that the addressee was not known at the delivery address. The parcel is therefore now being returned to us.
Had you contacted us, we would of course have been happy to look into this for you and explain what had happened.

We’re sorry to see your 1-star review, particularly as you have not contacted our customer care team regarding your order, so unfortunately we have not had the opportunity to assist you.
We have checked the tracking and can see that your parcel arrived in the US and was processed by USPS in Jamaica, NY on August 22. There has unfortunately been no further tracking update since then, which can occasionally happen while an international shipment is being processed by USPS/customs.
Had you contacted us, we would of course have been happy to look into the delay for you.

Beautiful, unique pieces that are well made with quality materials. Feel and look very high end. I am smaller in size and always have issues finding things that fit properly…this was not an issue! I ordered several pieces and the sizing charts were 💯% accurate.
My husband has still not been able to pick his jaw up off the floor. We will definitely be repeat customers.
I also wanted to note that packaging is discreet on the outside and beautifully wrapped and packed on the inside. I would give this business 10 out of 10 stars ⭐️ if I could!

According to the latest USPS tracking update, it departed the USPS Distribution Center in Providence, Rhode Island, early this morning and is currently in transit to its destination. I think COAX does everything well. But their best asset is the quality of their merchandise. The lingerie pieces are well made, packaged nicely and delivered promptly.

According to the official USPS tracking for your shipment, your parcel was delivered in/at your mailbox in Brookings, SD on August 17 at 12:33 PM.
