I love these products, but sizing is an issue
I love these products. The ease of ordering is great. I’m just having trouble with sizing. The sizing chart runs big. I’ve tried two different sizes, sizing down on my second order, and it’s still too big. Because they come from Europe the mailing process takes too long to deal with returns/ exchanges. I’ve just been taking them in by hand sewing.

Terrible delivery. Very unhappy
I initially had a great experience dealing with the ladies but after spending EUR 400 + the delivery and courier has been shocking.
My phone number despite it being given was not included. The order came in 2 separate packages???? Why??? So 1 was delivered normally but without any notification of delivery, 2nd was not delivered, spent over an hour on phone calls following up and now I need to travel quite some distance around 40 minutes to collect it. This is not what I expect when spending the money I have spent.
Purchase elsewhere with better courier. I am totally annoyed.

We completely understand how disappointing it is to spend time tracking a parcel and then have to travel to collect it. Unfortunately, once parcels arrive in the destination country, final delivery is handled by the local postal service and courier network, which is outside our control.
We would also like to clarify that your order was shipped with tracking and that we responded to all of your inquiries throughout the process. Before and after your purchase, we spent considerable time assisting with product recommendations, sizing advice, delivery questions, and order updates because we truly wanted your first experience with us to be a positive one.
Regarding the phone number, we process international shipments according to the shipping information provided and the requirements of the postal carriers involved. We ship orders to customers worldwide every day, and not including a phone number on the external parcel label has never previously resulted in a delivery issue.
We are sorry that the local courier's handling of the delivery resulted in such an inconvenient and frustrating experience. We sincerely hope that despite the delivery difficulties, you will enjoy the products you selected.
