hygien is not oke
It appears to have been worn by someone else, as there is an unpleasant odor on the pearls.
For hygiene reasons, I would strongly recommend packaging such items and the pearl in plastic cover in the future.

Order fulfillment (time to delivery) was good and beat expectations by a day. Well done on that point. 3 star rating more based on product description. Pictures did not really match the actual product. The pictures seemed to show a nude/opaque material. The actual product is see through (very sheer). Will have to be more mindful if I were to purchase from the site again.

We’re sorry that the product was more sheer than you anticipated. The nude material of this particular style is described as sheer on the product page, and we always do our best to show our lingerie as accurately as possible in our product photography.
With very sheer lingerie, however, there can naturally be a difference between how transparent the material appears in photographs and how it looks when worn in person. We also aim to keep our imagery sensual without making intimate areas overly explicit - leaving just a little to the imagination. 😉

European brand- very good quality and reasonable prices
I was looking for a European brand that offers good quality at a reasonable price. After comparing your products with Victoria’s Secret and Ann Summers, I found your lingerie to be just as beautiful and well-made.
One thing I would love to see is more diversity in the models featured on the website. It would be great to include both slimmer and curvier body types, as well as women with smaller busts, so customers can better relate to the fit and style.
I ordered a size M ( my chest is super flat) which is my usual size, and both items fit perfectly. I also ordered a product from Ann Summers at the same time and had to return it because it was too large in the chest, despite fitting well on the hips.
Overall, I’m very happy with my purchase. My husband loves the items, but most importantly, I love them too! I would definitely recommend your products. The sizing seems true to European standards, so I’d suggest sticking with your usual clothing size.

Took a little longer to get here but…
Took a little longer to get here but worth the wait! Packaging was pristine (and totes adorbs)! Looks great, feels great with only one small issue and that is they're a bit small for a bigger girl. Not unmanageable, just that the material doesn't have much give so XL (stateside anywho) is right at the line. Other than that, first buy, best buy and looking forward to filling up my dresses woth more.
