A special mention to our guide on the Cesky Krumalov tour. She (if I remember correctly, her name was Veronica) was pleasant to be with, highly knowledgeable on the history and so patient with my husband who all of a sudden was not feeling well. She slowed down with seniors and checked on my husband every now and then on his well being.
We would appreciate it if you can pass on our appreciation of how wonderful she was.

Reliable insurance company
Reliable insurance company. Unfortunately I had some events when I had to use them, and reporting claims went smooth and the damages were covered by Codan, both on my car and also when I traveled and the airplane got moved a few days due to typhoon.

All our insurances are covered by Codan
All our insurances are covered by Codan. We have this recent instance relating to travel instance I have to provide feedback. During the summer we were in Baku, when my husband got ill. We called SOS international, they could not provide any hospital to go, therefore they informed that we could go whatever we found. Coming back to Denmark we submitted the invoices to Codan. They informed us that the cost are below the limit within our insurance policy but they look into it and come back. This was in August, today is November and still no outcome of the issue.

I have been waiting over a month for…
I have been waiting over a month for any answer about my case. Then I was told that Codan employee e-mailed me with a request to call him... He got the email address wrong even though I already had an open email thread with them. I was able to get his phone number, but he is not picking up the phone. No one at Codan knows when he is back at work. Terrible service.
