It was prompt and straight forward, as always. My only comment would be about the new system you used. It was not clear enough to work through scale-point. It was not clearly inform then I received a notification which I couldn't initially trust. Then I had to call Codan to understand and I lost some time for that.

Employees of Codan does not hear my arguments, just push and repeat their ones. It is not a communication.
They mistaked, and I needed to pay for it extra 1000 kroner.
Then recently my daughter got an inkasso email, and could not explained via phone - actually nobody wants to receive her communication, proof it and say, sorry, we made a mistake. She never paid anything to Codan. Allways I paid our homes insurance and the 2 accident insurances (for me and for her.) If anybody really wanted to handle her case, it would be very easy to see, that she never paid anything, and I paid recently everything to stop all our insurances at Codan. I also collected and sent her the proofs. But Codan's employees are trained, at the little customer may not be right, never.
It was 1000 and some hundred kroner, paid by my daughter, because we know that if we want to show and proof that this action against my daughter is not rightful, and Codan continues the same way (no real communication, no attention), the inkasso company will screw up the prise until more thousand kroner.

Beyond frustrated with a claim for flood repairs now 10 months old and unfinished. I know they have more claims than usual to deal with but not sure why that should mean our service should suffer or our inability to use the space in our home should go on for 10 months. Last call with representative was dismissive and unapologetic. I’ve asked if there is a way to escalate our case or any other person to talk to. Was told no. I don’t usually write bad reviews, but if you continually provide no response or a poor response and every time follow up with an automated link to trustpilot, eventually I will think this may be how you want to hear from unhappy customers.

Hi,
I have changed my car's front two wheels in thansen, søborg department and the had a bad experience. They have damaged my front left side and did not accept that. After communicates with my Codan insurance, got information from them, that Codan could not help me to solve the problem.
