I had a fantastic experience working with Steve. He was extremely supportive throughout the entire process, offering clear guidance and reassurance at every step. His communication was excellent — always keeping me updated and making sure I understood what was happening. Most importantly, he was incredibly responsive, quickly answering any questions I had and helping to resolve everything without delay. I couldn’t have asked for better support. Highly recommended!

Steve was great to work with and even found a workaround when my connection was having latency issues. Once we got that figured out he was able to code in a large number of features on my G07 in a fairly short period of time. Highly recommend.

Great first aid course, very interactive and hands on. The facilitators were amazing and they brought their own experiences with them.

It’s been almost a year since I bought the NBT EVO ID5/ID6 Plug and Play Retrofit. It is worth it , this really upgraded my F30 328i interior . It integrated brilliantly with my vehicle, works as if it was factory fitted . I no longer entertain the idea of upgrading the car ever since I fitted this new radio from Steve . Installation is really plug and play . No fuss at all

Our F15 X5 previously had a few options, which were reset after a dealer software upgrade. Steve was absolutely terrific -- very knowledgeable, willing to answer every question in detail, quick to respond, and his services are very competitively priced. Excellent experience in every respect!

Oh my god the customer service and response time was amazing! These guys here know what they’re doing. I had a problem with my gauge cluster not working properly on my f30, only showed the speed. CMB responded within minutes to my email and scheduled a date and time very quickly. Total time he took was maybe 5 minutes.

Superb service from Steve, he did an NBT 4 to 6 upgrade for my F30 and it is working flawlessly. Really prompt and helpful advice and we had 2 aborted sessions due to problems at my end with cables and laptops which he was totally fine about and just rearranged with no fuss.

My experience with Steve was awesome, he was quick to respond, answered all my questions and booked me in quickly to get my headunit reset and reflashed after a failed full-car reflash from the dealer left my radio with a black screen. Steve was on time and got the reflash completed without problems. Amazing experience, I’ll be back for my other coding needs!

I got my IDrive flashed with Apple CarPlay installed around June time, I’ve been well over due in leaving this review, but between then and now, I’ve been able to experience the service properly. Installation was effortless and easy, any questions or concerns I had were answered quickly, everything works flawlessly and as good as if it came from factory already installed. Top class service. Well worth the money over buying a new multimedia screen in my opinion.

After a LOT of research on how to add Apple CarPlay to my wife's 2016 BMW, I decided to take the plunge on re-flashing the car stereo instead of adding a new screen or other aftermarket hardware. CMB did the job flawlessly! Knowing that the car is "intact" with all BMW software is a plus, but the seamless operation of the software is the best part. As advertised, you get in the car, select your profile, and there is the Apple screen. IDrive is also updated. This is my wife's car; it had to be perfect and simple to use - and it is. In addition, working with Steve Ma was a total pleasure throughout. There was no hype, either. Just pure professionalism and a willingness to talk at length with me over face time even though there is a 12 or 13 hour time difference between us. (East coast USA / Hong Kong)

If you're on the fence and comparing different CarPlay solutions, GO WITH CMB! Yes, there are cheaper solutions for CarPlay, but they CANNOT compare with this full OEM integration. My head unit UI just made my X5 feel years newer, and the wireless CarPlay just blows me away. I don't think I could go back to the regular IDrive 4.

On top of that Steve was absolutely amazing, the communication and helpfulness was something you won't find anywhere else.

We purchased the ID6 NBT EVO retrofit with touchscreen and are ecstatic with the results.
Our contact, Steve Ma, was able to quickly verify the parts we needed based on our vin and shipped the order right away. We received it in eight days.
We were provided with decent instructions and video. The install took under an hour.
Steve is in incredibly responsive and I would not hesitate to purchase from CMB in the future.

Contacted Steve to inquire about updating my head unit to id6 to have apple car play. Even with my car in and out of the shop for a unrelated engine light to be fixed. He was very patient and informative. Also quick to email back and the work was performed flawlessly. Everything works as it should. He walked me threw the whole experience to be sure everything would go smoothly. Very impressed with the service. 5 star for sure

Steve coded my i3 several months ago (I'm super slow to leave a review!). It was a perfect process - he was really patient, helpful, and of course the coding was a complete success. I'd definitely use his expertise again, and would recommend him to anyone. Thanks Steve!
