Hearing the sound of our package with glass in it being dropped from height is quite disturbing. The Courier is more interested in talking on his phone than doing his job. Pathetic experience. Amaz... See more

ZERO RATING
What an ineffectual company. They employ drivers who are incapable of delivering to a PO Box. And this is who Amazon uses for the ACT area. Two failed delivery attempts of my order and Amazon are questioning my address instead of the incompetence of the delivery drivers. Well, they have two days to deliver my order or Amazon are processing my refund. If this is the attitude and time wasting I have to go through I won't be ordering through Amazon again.
Amazon customers: Do not use CODExpress
My experience sadly just like everyone else here, no delivery despite receiving email saying delivery completed, no customer service, no call back. Amazon seems happy to align itself with these fraudsters. How can CODExpress get away with this? Amazon clearly been using their crap 'service' for at least 2 years.
Failed to deliver
Failed to deliver. Amazon refunded but I cannot get the item again for the price they had it. Staggered at how may negative reviews this compony has and common theme but Amazon still uses them . Dont answer phone or respond to messages.

Item marked as delivered
Item marked as delivered, nothing delivered.
My product never even turned up from Amazon using this company as a courier.
I ordered a book from Amazon Australia. It was to be delivered before I went away on holidays. It never turned up. The tracking never worked it just said it was picked up then no more updates. I went on holidays and monitored my porch remotely. I got back and still no delivery. Fortunately after contacting Amazon via their chat I am now awaiting a full refund to turn up into my account. I read other reports of this company and sadly they were correct. A word of caution of you are ordering a product online make sure it is not using this courier.
If I could give Codexpress a zero stars…
If I could give Codexpress a zero stars I would. Twice this week parcels have been listed as delivered yet there is no sign of them. Amazon just say they will refund you but that doesn’t address the issue that you never actually get what you have ordered. They are useless and Amazon don’t seem to care. If possible from now on I will go to the seller direct.
CODExpress - Parcel not delivered - Canberra
Parcel was not delivered to Canberra by scheduled due date, so I checked the delivery status of my parcel through Amazon. It showed as being delayed, although it had left the carrier facility in Sydney (just a few hours away) that afternoon. A week later I had still not received my parcel, so I tried to contact CODExpress (after googling the number as their very basic website has no contact information at all). Nobody answered the call so I left a message. Nobody got back to me. To date, I have still not received the parcel. I called multiple times again today, and the line either just rings out then hangs up, or says the mobile service isn’t available and to call back later. This company is a fraud, and it seems that Amazon don’t care about it. I have lodged a complaint with ACCC today, and suggest that others do the same.
CONFUSING AND INCORRECT DELIVERY ADVICE
Received an email on 3 Sep 22 at 0923 saying: 'CODExpress ran into an issue when attempting your delivery. They will try again.'
Received another email same date and time saying: 'Your package has been delivered!'
Received an email on 4 Sep 22 at 0835 saying:
'Your package has been delivered!'
On 5 Sep 22 rang CodeExpress on 02 8328 1394 at 1013 and asked what had happened with delivery. I was advised that package was with delivery van. The operator could give no reason for the emails on 4 and 5 Sep.
Received an email at 1211 saying, 'Your package has been delivered!' This time it was actually delivered.
CODEX are hopeless
These people do not operate a delivery service, they are organised thieves!!! My parcel displays as delivered and signed for by an alternate. Can not contact anyone, no email address, and most importantly, no goods from Amazon. This organisation should not be allowed to exist!!!
Knock or ring the doorbell - it's not hard to do!
The driver for CODExpress delivering to North Canberra has NEVER knocked or rung the doorbell for ANY delivery that I have received through the company. I am a retired person and so I am home 99% of the time a delivery is expected. Deliveries have always been placed on the front porch without warning.
Today they put my delivery on my neighbours porch.
Amazon need to rethink its use of this courier.
Delivery where?
Same as everyone else, Amazon package that says delivered however clearly was not. No way of contacting them I assume cos all they would hear are complaints. Disappointing.
Another poor delivery experience
Another Amazon delivery by CodExpress and nothing has improved regarding their quality of service since the last delivery. Lucky I was home at the time, but only aware of the delivery after receiving an email notification. No ringing the door bell, gate left wide open and parcel not even left on front porch but on steps just inside gate where anyone passing by could see it and in a split second steal it. Clearly the only reason why Amazon use them can only be because they are the cheapest couriers in the business and it shows
Amazon item not delivered
Despite the avalanche of negative reviews about CODexpress, Amazon inexplicably continues to use them for deliveries to Canberra. Like so many others who have written a review, my parcels from Amazon did not arrive but were reported as having been delivered. Amazon are "investigating".
I tried to find a contact for CODexpress on their website but the only thing you can do is track an order. On their homepage there are 2 links: one to track an order (useless in my case since according to them, the items have been delivered) and the other link doesn't work - produces a "URL Not Found" error. Totally unprofessional. I have no idea why Amazon would use such a low quality service provider (or, in my case, service non-provider).
Item not delivered.
Item was marked as delivered. Item was not delivered. When I contacted Amazon they said that the item was delivered to another state. Amazon was able to refund me the money but a hassle to have to sort the issue.
Didn’t receive my parcel
Didn’t receive my parcel. It shows delivered but hasn’t arrived yet, try to call but goes to some random person voicemail. Very bad service.
Package never delivered
Useless
Useless, I supposedly refuse delivery yet not a peep from them and I was home all day. Who delivers on Good Friday anyway? I lodged a complaint with Amazon so hopefully they eventually stop using these guys.
My building also has a Parcel locker system that these noobs refuse to use.
One Error, promptly fixed, good customer service
Customer service is good, nice best company when working with returns or fast courier.
