Hearing the sound of our package with glass in it being dropped from height is quite disturbing. The Courier is more interested in talking on his phone than doing his job. Pathetic experience. Amaz... See more

Parcel didn't arrive
Parcel didn't arrive. Tracked delivery and my parcel was listed as delivered. Trying to find a phone number or even an email address to try to contact codexpress, but cannot find any way to do so.
Not delivered
Not delivered, cannot find package, no answer when I rang several times
Parcels listed as ‘customer refused delivery’.Crap!
Parcels listed as ‘customer refused delivery’ which was not true. More like, Codexpress did not even attempt delivery to local post office & gift store which receives all our work deliveries. Amazon need to find a better courier if they want repeat business.
Very poor service
Very poor service. Never attempted delivering, and I got an update that the parcel is been delivered. I contacted the customer care service, they didn’t really have a solution but sent me a photo of the item left at foyer. Luckily I could identify it’s the nearby building foyer, and got the parcel.
Apparently attempted delivery
Apparently attempted delivery, but despite being home in lockdown sitting metres from the door and window where the delivery would have been made I heard and saw nothing. I then checked security camera footage and not a single person or van was picked up on my cameras. Clearly incompetant liars just to get amazon business. I really wish Amazon would stop using bad couriers, or at least give us a choice to choose, I'm happy with auspost 99% of the time.
Didn't knock or press doorbell
Didn't knock or press doorbell, and left (threw?) package sliding down the stairs in full view of the street.
Package not delivered
Just like the previous reviews. My Amazon order says it has been delivered at 8:03 am, but there is no package. I have been home and awake. There are no contact details online codexpress.com.au
Two nightmare Amazon orders:
1st delivery arrived 8 hours after "confirmation", torn open and missing an item.
2nd delivery Onboard for delivery @8am Saturday morning, then nothing (driver goes home for the weekend?). Notifed by generic Amazon email 10 hours later that it may take 1-2 days to reach me. I'm 15 minutes drive from the depot.
Call centre not even open weekends!!! Fantastic service in the Australian Capital (for the 1970's)....
Amazon delivery - undelivered no attempt
Amazon delivery - got notified failed attempt, no attempt made.
Bad bad delivery company..avoid at all costs
Hopeless service. Stay away
Hopeless service.. i cannot give any negative number so had to give 1 star.
This courier company is affiliated with Amazon and it give a bad impression to Amazon. The delivery person did not turn up at all and cancelled my delivery saying customer refused to collect.
Why does amazon tie up with codeexpress???
