Love this website for ordering my coffee. The service is always excellent and the staff are lovely, helpful and very friendly. The coffee is the nicest I have ordered. Depending on what time of day I order I usually have my coffee the next day or following day.

Update: 5/08. CoffeeClick delivered new unit today. Claira @coffeeclick was just outstanding! She took time to talk with me, listen and make decision. CoffeeClick are lucky to have such an employee working for them, a brand ambassador to be recognised!!

Update: CoffeClick contacted me today and going to collect and either repair or replace unit, including replacing any wasted pods……now THAT’S customer care!!!! Will keep post updated.

Bought a great bundle from CoffeeClick, spent about €300 on Lavazza Modo Mio machine. The delivery was great, next day delivery. The coffee is fantastic.

Within a week of use, the unit became unreliable and unpredictable…every now and then would dispense only small amount of coffee, the next cup would be perfect. Didn’t happen all the time, perhaps 1-2 in every 10-15 cups.

CoffeeClick solution was to ask me to take videos of it dispensing….I’ve better things to be doing with my time than videoing coffee dispensing to catch the odd rogue dispense or having to debate via email whether I’m competent in pressing a button correctly and using machine correctly.

Seller should have replaced machine as less than 28 days old not make me feel like an idiot as if I don’t know how to pop a pod in and press start!! I get it’s an intermittent fault but taking videos every time I want to make a cup of coffee!

I continued to use for a while but eventually lost all faith in unit.

Machine now in storage and back to my good old reliable 4year old Tassimo dispenser, paid €40 for it and it dispenses what I want 100% of the time.

Love this coffee, Excellent service by this company, quick, efficient and they have great deals, coffee arrives the day after we order. Would highly recommend this company and its Irish, keeping it local!

I purchased a Modo Mio Milk up frother before Christmas and got great use out of it for 6 months before I was disappointed to note it stopped working properly. I contacted Coffee Click and they responded quickly to say they would send out a DPD driver to collect the frother and investigate it. Ziarra was very helpful and soon informed me they found it to be defective and within a few days had sent me a new one, along with some complimentary hot chocolate pouches. I would highly recommend Coffee Click; they are helpful, efficient and their warrantee on products means you are covered in the event of a product being defective.
