Difference in quality compared to previous purchases
Delivery took longer than expected. I had purchased the same coffee a few times previously which I really enjoyed, however this time the coffee has a different flavour. Even when I grind it it's a different consistency and has a much more bitter / harsher flavour. Not sure if this is due to a different batch, but definitely a change in quality from my previous experience

Coffee is a natural product, and while we put a lot of care into quality control, there can be some variation between batches. It’s possible you received a batch that wasn’t quite at its best, and for that we sincerely apologise.
Regarding delivery, your order was roasted and delivered within 6 days of being placed, which falls within the 5–7 day roasting and dispatch timeframe outlined on our website. As we roast to order to ensure freshness, this process can take a little longer than mass-produced alternatives, and once orders are handed over to the courier, delivery times are unfortunately outside of our direct control.
We’re especially disappointed to hear this feedback given that you’ve previously enjoyed our coffee, and we’d really have appreciated the chance to address this directly for you. If you’re open to it, please feel free to get in touch with us — we’d be more than happy to look into this further and find a way to make things right.
