Do not use
Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience with CoffeeLink.
I received a faulty item and, despite contacting them to try and resolve the issue, they were unwilling to provide a refund. I ultimately had to contact the manufacturer directly and raise the matter with PayPal before it was finally resolved.
I expected much better customer service and support, particularly when dealing with a faulty product. Based on my experience, I would not use CoffeeLink again and cannot recommend them.
