Really disappointed in the service. Its been almost a month since the coldcard q was sent, missing the memory cards.
I have sent 4 emails since i provided the evidence that they didnt send everything i paid for they still havent got back to me. I ask if there was a second package and with them or were they mean to be inside the device, nothing back.
Why am I follow you up for your mistake!@!! BTC community is better than this.

They send me a bricked device, i asked for replacement they send me another one said me that i cant pay for the express shipping, they send it anyways without tracking, got lost in the postal service, never received it, i asked for refund, they never refunded, they are expensive and are not worth the money, in the end i was left without my money and without the product. I REPEAT DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE SCAMMY COMPANIES !

Coinkite website says they do not accept credit cards from Indonesia. I'm an American citizen with a USA credit card issued by an American bank on vacation in Indonesia. I had to use my btc which I am a hoddler and dont ever want to sell my btc. That same btc in 1 year will be worth at least 60% more than it is now and Coinikite will NOT allow me to use my USA credit card just because I'm currently outside the USA on vacation. This is an Unethical theft of my btc in my opinion and NO company selling security products of btc should be this unethical. SHAME ON THEM

I ordered a Coldcard on 11/14/2024, paying for both the product and its delivery. According to their website and confirmation email, delivery is supposed to take a maximum of 14 days. After this period passed, I contacted customer support, where I was told to resolve the issue with my local postal service, despite not being provided with a tracking number, which is very unusual.

Later, it turned out there was a postal workers' strike in their country, and there is no clarity on how long it will last. When I asked for a cancellation or for the order to be shipped via another courier, they flatly refused. Now I am left without my money and without the product.

Long processing time (even if you pay expedited shiping), nonexistent customer service, all sales final.

They do not clearly state on product pages that *ALL* of their items are final sale. They just have a small checkbox during checkout (next to the normal 'terms of service' link) that many people overlook when shopping online.

Customer service nonexistent. If you try to call the number in the invoice, a message 'we do not offer phone support' is read to you.

Shipping time is not accurate. Even if you pay expedited, it can take weeks or months for them to 'process' the order. This is not normal, and not why people pay for expedited shipping.

Not the mention the product is extremely overpriced.

If anyone is considering purchasing from Coinkite, I advise you to stay clear. Trust me, these guys are scammers!!!!!!

I entered my credit card information on their website and got an error: no receipt confirmation to my email, so I entered my credit card details again, and it went through. I think I checked my statement the following day, and they took an ADDITIONAL $379 off me. When I contacted them, they said they don't accept returns. I had to beg them to accept my return, and then they expected me to pay for shipping from the US to Canada!!! SCAMMMERS!!!

Stay away from these guys; plenty of other hardware wallets are reliable and have excellent customer service. There is no need to take a risk with these scammers.

MK4 wallets are usless. Purchased a mk4 wallet in February of 2024 after a couple months my wallet said bricked meaning no longer working and i lost all of my btc which is 2. Support are useless and only want the consumers to do what they want them to do.

Pretty obvious these guys are scammers at this point. All packages seem to mysteriously go missing if you don’t order tracked. I’ve ordered US/Canada products plenty of times without tracking and no issues. Conkites parcels seem to get lost at far too high a rate for me to think they aren’t doing this intentionally. Makes me also question the credibility of their product if the team are happy to pull this kind of scam.

Zero customer service. Wasted hours ( my time, not these horiible companies ) to get a simple answer.
Must be too greedy to care about the customer.

Uk customer here. I decided to order with them although I had to order from Canada as I read good reviews online.

They use FedEx which is notoriously horrible. Fedex claimed my parcel was delivered but they didn’t leave a proof of delivery and they say that my parcel was left with a receptionist although my building has none. The answer from these cowboys at coinkite? “Check with your neighbour or contact FedEx”

I’ve done both things of course, but my parcel has been obviously stolen. I was expecting a bit more help.

I’m out of pocket now and without my cold card.

Don't waste your time! I purchased the Coldcard way ahead before the Holidays, and was only informed AFTER my purchase that it takes them 2 weeks to process the order (they don't want to admit it, as they probably don't have the product in stock). Extremely poor communications (or lack of), it was only today that I received my order. They use Canada Post, which is another painful experience. Will NOT buy again. They are not worth the time and money. Don't repeat my mistake.

Very bad services, very bad hotline almost making fun of their clients. You should stay away from these products

Very responsive but does not care at all about helping the customer.
Once they have their money, they will not care if you have received their product on time or not.
Very dissappointed in their service.
