UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES!! SCAM GAME

I recently discovered unauthorized charges of over $100 on my Apple account for this game, which I did not make. I had spent around $6 on the game and after that charges just kept rolling in, I now have to dispute these charges. This disturbing revelation compounds my already disappointing experience with the game. While I enjoy its addictive gameplay, unresolved issues with unauthorized charges and unfulfilled promises, such as bonus spins for friend referrals, have left me frustrated. For instance, despite guiding my 70-year-old grandmother through the referral process and her completing the second village, the promised spins never arrived. When I contacted customer support for clarification, their response was dismissive and I never got the free spins. I saw others have had the same issue. This disregard for our efforts, combined with the unauthorized charges, has led me to lose trust in the game and the company. I've decided to delete the game from both my phone and my grandmother's. It's scary to download a game and then end up with over $100 in charges you didn’t make. It’s also about the principle of honoring commitments and respecting players, which this company does not do. These incidents have prompted me to not only stop playing they game but to also warn others.

Played for yrs pls get back on track:

This game used to be well balanced when dispatching cards.
Now Completion of sets is impossible.
There are more glitches and harder to get support when coins get lost.
I would like to see the cost of the village on your build screen.
The game needs to be re-visited to keep players interested.

Updates deactivated functionality & won't be fixed

Updates over a month ago deactivated rewards and necessary functions from within the game once you start to play. If you spin once, you are locked out of the card function and the game menu function which allows you to buy items, read the news, access the card buying function and other functions. Since these are necessary to play the game and the ONLY option is to end the game, reenter the game and select eitjer the menu of the card icon before you do anything. I've vontacted Support snd was told I had multiple copies of the game running on my phone which is impossible since I have to close the game to get anything to work. Their Customer Support is eitger braindead, stupid or covering for bad programming. This is a JOKE! Do NOT try this.

COIN MASTER? CON MASTER MORE LIKE.The game is designCed to get you to buy…

The game is designed to get you to buy more and more extortionately priced spins to progress.
It's rigged.
If you do start progressing suddenly then you will find your rewards failing to transpire at critical points in the game. They will reappear later with an apology and here are the rewards you won earlier ( but only after you missed out on the game you were in at the time)
Also..if you are moving through too quickly you will notice that the spins jackpot alters. You actually have to spend more spins than those you are aiming to win. Eg..progress to 105,000 spins and win 95,000.
It really should be renamed CON master

Class action lawsuit is coming before you know it

Wow they don't even try to hide it. Scam scam scam had an event today spent over 300k spins to try to get top 3 in tournament and guess what the top prize is for tournament 5k spins lol. And after spending 300k spins I was in 58th place. Not even close to being fair. All good I'll get my money back when the class action lawsuit comes out. Lawyers with love this 1 slam dunk settle.

CoinMaster Frustration

I like playing the game and have been playing daily for a couple of years. I like the quest part of the game but it just doesn't hit enough to play it. I 1trillion coins at 12 billion per spin and only hit 2 bonuses at 2x each time. I have also went well over 100 spins without hitting any of the faces or special characters. I also don't understand why I can't get cards that I need without using joker cards, at level 306 I get more cards for the first 50 levels and seldom get even 1 I can use. These things are very frustrating.

I like Coin Master game a lot

I like Coin Master game a lot. Before I buy a lot of spins. Now I can’t and I have a big reason for that. After I stop to buy spins I don’t received the different ways to buy spins in the game. The reason that I got is very important for me that the game. My grandson got a tumor on his brain. They made a surgery to take that tumor out. Now we need to pay a lot of money for the surgery. Every dollar that I have I take for help pay that bill. I feel bad because what they doing is no right. Have a great day every one and blessings.

Coin master is a rip off

Coin master is a rip off, you start really well, then once you get further into the game it makes it impossible to get white cards let alone Gold. If you start a new game with spins, Coin master gives you less spins and higher goals to reach eg I now need 70 to get 60 how's that right!!!
And you wonder why people get frustrated with this game! Come on now play fair!!!

I continued to play Coins Master since…

I continued to play Coins Master since February 24 after putting a negative review. I have not purchased any spins just played for free, As I build my village someone comes in and destroys then I have to fix not fun, I average i average 90 - 100 spins per day which is not many spins. I received a strike 1 the other day probably because I tried to find free spins, I thought to myself what are the going to do after strike 3 put me in video jail 😂 if you want to try good luck ending point I consider Coins Master an app that is an app that takes up space not anything else. I will continue to prove myself wrong and continue to play and update soon thank you trust pilot for allowing me to voice my opinion.

I used to like the game but after this…

I used to like the game but after this weekend spending all my time earning spins, cards and all the other stuff u have to do, I was 45 spins away from 10 thousand plus after spending well over that in spins. I ran out, unemployed so can't buy spins like I used to. Woke up this morning all my hard work was for nothing I got 9 free spins and all I can earn now is 20. They make it so u get so close to winning and take it away when u can't spend the cash to buy more. I thought this game was for fun but all it does lately is frustrate me. After years of loyalty I'm done.
