Love this casino

I had high hopes for this place, but after reading the reviews. My issue is like all the rest. I put in a redemption for Skrill and it's been approved for 5 days and hasn't moved any further. I have asked "support" there dam bot several times about the time frame with the same exact same BS responses. I'm hoping I eventually get this redemption of $140 because I have a ticket to pay or go to jail. It sucks I have to put my hopes in a place that clearly doesn't care about there players. But it's looking like I'll be seeing what jail is all about. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BS PLACE!!! The absolute only things they need to fix is get human support and pay out in a timely manner.

As others have said, the site itself is great and the games are plenty, the issue is the redemption process. It is frankly ridiculous how non-responsive they are.

They give a date for redemption, but do not honor that date at all. I processed my first on the 21st and it stated the 24th at latest. Then it changed the date without explanation to the 28th. Customer support is non-existant. Robby - if he is real, though i doubt it - gave nothing more than a generic reponse. If they are not actually paying out their sweepstakes then this is a straight up scam. I hope they follow through with their commitments. I will be calling my bank and VISA to mark all transacations as fraudulent.

It's a good casino but I wish the redemptions were faster

This site is bullshit they make you verify your identity but when you withdraw it literally takes a damn week really with all these instant options if withdrawals these days I will never play here again have to many options of getting my money immediately versus waiting a week to get my money it's ridiculous.

Was waiting on a redemption I made a week ago but I made more earnings while waiting so I made another redemption to add on to it. Still waiting and I even changed the way I redeemed with Trustly. Hoping it comes soon. Sucks because I was waiting on the last redemption for awhile. It said it was gonna hit my account at the lastest by today (07/22/2026) but I canceled and started a new one to add to my earnings. We’ll see I guess.

They purposely leave your redemption sitting in queue for days instead of processing it right away like almost every other casino does, in hopes that you’ll cancel your redemption and use the money. I had high hopes for this place. I also want to note it was a small 100 dollar redemption so it didn’t require any further review or verification. It’s just purposeful intention…

With me being completely honest, it started out like I locked this place. But as soon as the withdrawal process started, it went south from there. They told me it would be it. Put a date 5 days away from my redemption. Well then I talked to customer service. They said that was normal. Then, they told me down unload, screw, and I could get it in 24 hours. Once I do that and get verified through scrill, it puts it up. It says my day is 8 days away, so I contact customer service again and they tell me that's normal. I just took. I want to put it on an odd game and gave it back. I don't believe they was ever going to pay me. I even tried the gift card and it was 8 days away. Beware of this place god bless

These guys are nothing but a bunch of liars. You can't even get a hold of support all they have is an AI chatbot that's posing as a human and even though the absolute deadline for my money to have been sent out was today they haven't even reviewed my Redemption yet. This site is a BSI I don't recommend anyone spends a dime in this casino. It's a garbage casino and they're full of garbage!!

Final Verdict: CoinsBack has the blueprint for a top-tier sweepstakes casino, but their back-end payment processing and customer support infrastructure are dragging the entire site down. If you want players to take your platform seriously, you need to dump the copy-paste support templates, communicate transparently about delays, and process verified redemptions in a timely manner.
