What really made me give CoinsBack five stars, was the help I received. I was not expecting the customer service that I got. Normally online casinos you are lucky at best to even talk to a live person, which I was able to and she was absolutely phenomenal. I didn't think at first I would like the coins back feature instead of getting a daily bonus but you get so much more money back then you do on a daily bonus. Im a Alabama resident i purchased a coin package from this casino last week an i won 100SC..I received messages that I would receive my winnings on the 20th. More likely they would be sent on the 20th an then I received a message on the 20th stating that its taking longer than usual but with no update or reason. I've reached out to support multiple times only to get An Ai agent promising to turn in tickets an that a real agent will get in touch with me in a few hours!! Still nothing an its a whole day later. This is suspicious activity. An im reporting this casino if i dont get a processing redemption message or a reply from a real agent!! Im done with these crooks. An i wish i would've read these reviews before spending my money!!

Well where can I start. I spent about 10 grams in a month on this site
The first time info to redeem 1400 there saying it could take a week ok it's only been a day now but what I'm most frustrated about is when I went and hit claim my coins back I'm looking at my balance of 1700 dollars I hit claim my 222 coins back and I hit it I even see the coins flutter up to my balance like it does when you hit claim. But my balance didn't change
It should of went to 1922 but it stayed at 1700. I then go talk to there AI assistant and that was no help and can't get a real person. There saying thaty redemption will be looks at my Thursday why so long

Slow redemption but great games

It's now been a week that my redemption is pending review. No response from support. I'll keep leaving one star reviews until I get my redemption money. Can't understand why it's taking as long as it is. This platform makes a lot of money off of people.

Coins back is an okay social casino. Its center around slots but has a few originals like mines diamonds and dice. The coin back feature is nice within my first 2 days of spinning I got 100 bucks back through that feature. The main setback is the redemption process. It is very lengthy. It takes them 3-5 business days to process the redemption then whatever payment processor you choose takes an additional 3-5 days. In my opinion this is done deliberately so people end up playing with their winnings instead of waiting for the deposit.

Had a little issue with a redemption but the support stayed on it until the issue was resolved. Amazing platform and top customer service!!

The redemption process needs alot of work but they do pay. If they speed up there redemption processing time, maybe work weekends. I don't see a point in having skrillz as a payout option when nothing gets processed on the weekends. I use skrillz so I can get paid in 24hrs even if it is a weekend.
