The redemption process needs alot of work but they do pay. If they speed up there redemption processing time, maybe work weekends. I don't see a point in having skrillz as a payout option when nothing gets processed on the weekends. I use skrillz so I can get paid in 24hrs even if it is a weekend.

Do not play here, I won on this site and tried to redeem and they kept asking for a code they never sent and now when I try to log in they are asking for a code they don't send. They won't respond to no email and i was talking to the chat box but can't even do that now. It's pretty sad they want people to spend money but they don't want to pay out then fix it where you can't even log in. So just be careful playing here. On July 12th, I initiated a redemption through Skrill, as it is typically the most expedient method of payment. I was informed that, as my inaugural redemption, the processing time could range from three to five business days, although it should not exceed that duration. I have communicated with customer support multiple times, and they consistently reiterate that my winnings should be processed within the aforementioned timeframe and are currently in the queue.
One customer support agent confirmed that my $600 redemption was awaiting processing. However, after five full business days, no progress has been made. I have subsequently contacted customer support again, but this time, I was assigned a different agent who informed me that my $1011.76 redemption was also in the queue. This is inconsistent with the fact that I have only redeemed $600 at this point. I have repeatedly attempted to contact customer support, but they have ceased responding to my inquiries. Consequently, I am concerned that I may be being defrauded of my funds. While I appreciate the website and games, the inability to redeem my winnings renders them worthless. Therefore, I would advise caution when dealing with this site. If my redemption is eventually processed, I will revise my rating to four or five stars. However, at this time, I do not believe they deserve even two stars.
