Ok this is really making me upset because when I try to redeem, it say I need to complete Level 2 verification which is Address Verification, and I have already uploaded my bank statement it currently shows UNDER REVIEW. SO I can redeem until Support approved it but it's been stuck there for a month now. Support always have not been available this is getting frustrating. All I got to say is this.
