I'm a regular user of another lesser platform Bitrefill, it requires you to login and takes substantially longer than Coinsbee ever has. If I'm quick I can receive my code from coinsbee in under 60 seconds in ideal circumstances. Absolutely phenomenal stuff.

They are very fast at responding at mail sent to wrong mail and im not kidding! within 20 min they responded and sent the code to the right mail. Have buyed from them many times and have accedently put wrong letter 2 times in the mail so it gets sent to wrong one and they solved it within 20 min big love to them ❤️ i highly recommend

​I purchased a US Google Play gift card using Crypto. When I tried to redeem it, Google's automated system flagged it and asked for a physical store receipt. Since Coinsbee only provides a digital invoice (which Google officially rejects), the card is completely locked and unusable.
​The balance is 100% unspent, but Coinsbee's support team refused to issue a refund or a replacement, blaming my Google account instead of taking responsibility for selling a digital product that requires physical proof to be used.

Stay away from buying Google Play cards here unless you want to lose your money when Google inevitably flags the transaction.

CoinsBee is honestly a really solid crypto store if you’re looking to buy products with cryptocurrency. The process works, and in my case everything was delivered successfully without any loss of funds.

The only downside for me was the processing time. After sending the payment, it took around 7 to 10 minutes to receive my product. It wasn’t extremely long, but I do wish it were a bit faster.

Another thing I noticed was that when I expanded the payment window, the price updated. The issue is that the price changed after I had already sent the money. I understand that their system likely hadn’t detected my payment yet, so it adjusted based on market fluctuations. Thankfully, even though the price increased, my order still went through correctly and I didn’t lose any money.

Overall, despite these small issues, the service worked as expected. If you want to buy online products with crypto, CoinsBee is definitely a good option.

I bought what was advertised as an Uber Eats gift card, but it turned out to be a single-use voucher. These are NOT the same thing. The link clearly says “Uber Eats Gift Card” and “Activate the gift card,” but after activation it redirects to Uber’s voucher page. The voucher can only be used for one meal. I ordered a meal for $15 and lost $35, because the remaining balance cannot be used on another order. A real gift card does not work like this. Customer support keeps claiming they made zero mistakes and is refusing to refund, despite the misleading wording and don't want to refund me or contact their partner who sell them the vouchers. Posting this to warn others: be careful, this is deceptive, don't GET SCAMMED.

Stole my $10

I am a US citizen. I tried to purchase a $10 vanilla gift visa card. Because I travel a lot and use VPN sometimes, I didn't realized that if you IP matches to the sanctioned country, they permanently block it.
What disgusting is that they simply justify to steal your money because of it.

This is what their support wrote me: "The reward has already been activated in a sanctioned country, which is prohibited, and as a result, it cannot be cancelled or modified. "

I find this answer just as an excuse to steal my money. No matter of any kind of sanctions you have no right to pocket something what doesn't belong to you and you didn't earn.

First I was fooled with message "still processing" and after that it got expired their support told me like I shouldn't use VPN and I forwarded the link to my US friend to make sure and he also got the same thing - "still processing".

Good that I didn't send them 1000 or something!

10 will not finance an army, it's not enough to buy drugs, etc. But if you cheat 10 000 people like that you will pocket $100 000 and so on! This is what is all about.

PS. I tried to contact support and they said like it's not their order. Despite I gave them the link to the card.

Very quick and easy way to use cryptocurrency for a better purpose. Holding crypto is useless, it's best just buy some gift cards from Coinsbee, and enjoy them

bought an amazon $30 gift card, all done in 5 minutes and item from store is on its way. So much better than paying bank withdrawal fees and the $100 minimum from crypto to fiat.
