Their customer service is great but I had a private wallet and a Samsung I phone and couldn't enter my 12 word passcode because Android I phones won't let you type two seed phrase words per line and tab down after that. So I contacted Coinbase customer service and they stole $14,000 from my private wallet. So I don't think I will buy bitcoin again.

Degrading Service and Bad Support
Cointracker was pretty good when I first started using it, but the capability really went down hill as the various wallets' integration seems to stop working and they don't make any attempt to fix it. Furthermore, the only way to reach support is through a chat window that would now never load. I am seriously examining other sites to do my crypto taxes going forward unless they really get their act together.
