Cold Laundry is by far one of my favorite brands, the fit and quality are amazing. Service is great, shipping is on point, even when you have an issue it’s super easy to resolve and they’re always willing to make the process as easy as possible for you. Keep up the great work!

Hands down the worst customer service I have ever experienced from an online retailer.

I ordered a track set on 24/06, it took well over three weeks to arrive as the item was shipped from Portugal, however nowhere on the website did it state the item would be shipped from a foreign country so to expect long delays in terms of delivery.
On arrival the item was nothing like it was marketed on the website, unflattering and the packaging the set arrived in was cheap and plastic.

I contacted the Cold Laundry sales team to clarify what the returns address should be as this was unclear on the information provided on the invoice. They replied promptly, but the tone of the response was blunt and rude.

I returned the parcel to the address they provided recorded delivery on the 15/07. 37 days later and I still haven’t received a refund into my account. I have sent two email asking them to investigate but they have ignore all of my communications. From reading the numerous poor reviews from other unhappy customers I would strongly advise that no one should buy items from this company.

Cold Laundry is completely unprofessional, the only thing they are professional at is scamming people out of their money. I will be seeking legal advise if I haven’t been refunded by the end of the month.

After placing two orders of the new “redemption” collection I had high hopes, however, one item was severely delayed which ended up in me cancelling the order whilst the other order was delivered.

The sizing wasn’t what I was after so decided I would return the good using their returns policy. After contacting them and having an address provided I shipped the items I was returning...only to have them be sent back to me as it turns out they had moved from this address within a week of giving it out to customers for returns.

I contacted them again, and they provided me with a new address as well as a refund for the shipping costs by means of apology, things were looking up.

WRONG! Over four weeks of them receiving my return, and two months after am starting the whole returns process with them still no refund!

I’ve emailed and messaged them on social media accounts and keep getting the same old reply, I’ll get onto this right away.

Al I want is my money back for the goods that you now have...so just a heads up, be sure about what you’re buying because the returns process isn’t easy or simple!

Ordered an item on 09/06/2020 received no confirmation or order number. The item didn’t fit so I return this and have confirmation of delivery but no refund. I have used their contact message on the website, emailed them and sent direct messages on their social media. Give me my refundbb

I also really don't know what to to anymore! On the 04.11.2019 I purchased products at their website worth 480€. The problem, the item never arrived so I wrote to sales(at)coldlaundry.co and they told me that they sold so much that their produktion process is taking along time (at this point already 2 Month) so I decided to cancel the order together with the customer service. The money I spend never arrived at my bank account so I wrote back to them and they told me since I canceled the order they can only give me a cupond code. When I checked on their website 1 month after their was no cupond code for me so I reached out to them until now and believe me I'm really giving an effort cause I'm writing to them every week again but the only thing I accomplished after another 2 Month is that they 3 weeks ago told me they will forward one of my E-mails to the relevant team. I'd really appreciate your help thanks a lot for reading this Elias

Cold Laundry is now one of my go to clothing stores. The team is super helpful and the quality is unmatched. Cold Laundry is innovative and unique with the pieces they creat each season! I always recommend Cold Laundry to people that are starting into classy streetwear. Out of all my pieces in my closet my cold laundry trucker jackets is the one that standout and will constantly get questions of where I got it. The cream trucker jacket is my favourite piece that I own from them.

Cold Laundry, a small fashion business based in the UK has all the essentials for someone who wants to dive into classy streetwear. They never disappoint me. Keep up the amazing work!

I`ve ordered 2 jackets at the beginning of this year. the payment was fast but the delivery took 3 weeks. When I got them, the pieces didn't fit me at all, thats why I sent them back immediately. Thats when the nightmare started. After countless of mails and questions where my refund is, they came up with excuses, like the lack of staff members or problem with the payment software. About 2 months ago I finally got the mail that they refused to refund me my money because "I paid with paypal express and they are unable to proceed with the refund" - so they gave me a gift code with the same amount I spent for another purchase but I wanted my money back and after a long discussion with their customer service, they threatened me with a report if I ever try to contact them again. And about the gift card, its invalid because they change their homepage every time a new collection comes up. I lost my money and got threatened, great way to treat customers who wanted to support their brand.

Answer to your reply: I have sent you several mails after you posted an answer on Trustpilot, but you just ignore the mails as always. Your empty promises are worthless. Stop scamming your customers and give them their money back!

I purchased some shorts. Beforehand i had enquired about sizes and they were really quick to respond and helped me out straightaway. I ordered and they came within the next few days. Shorts fitted perfectly. Would definitely order again and would 100% recommend. Amazing brand!
