No reaction on phone/email to return product

UPDATE!!! The Seller has replied below that they want to help but is still not responding to any of my attempts to get in touch after their reply below. They have not reached out and they are not responding to anything so PLEASE DO NOT BUY AT THIS SHOP!

I am trying to return my AirGo as I am not satisfied with the quality of the product and it's sold with '30 day try for free'. It only works as airFlow, not as Airconditioner - I am well within the 30 days but not one of my calls is answered and there is no reply to my emails! Not impressed so far. Willing to adjust my review if the customer service actually replies and handles my request/return!

Warning: InstantCool.net – Paid but No Delivery, No Response

On 8 August 2025, I ordered:
• Lot of 2 Instachill MAX
• Lot of 3 replacement filters

Total paid: €499.80 via Mastercard through Stripe.
Promised delivery: 24–48 hours.
Reality: No delivery, no shipping confirmation, no response to calls, chat messages, or emails
I have now:
• Sent a formal legal demand (“mise en demeure”)
• Prepared complaints to the French consumer protection authority (DGCCRF) and the European Consumer Centre

Reviews from other customers show a similar pattern: payment taken, no delivery, no communication.
My advice: avoid this seller and check reviews before ordering!

Since June 19th

Since June 19th, I have been trying to obtain a refund for an A/C unit that was never delivered. The company claims they cannot locate the parcel, which is why they haven't processed the refund. Despite their promises of delivery within a few days, it has now been over three months, and I am still waiting for my refund. They keep changing the customer service email address and continuously postpone the refund process. This is extremely unprofessional.

Very disappointed – avoid this product and website

I'm not happy at all with this product.

It doesn't cool down the room, even when adding ice as suggested. I tried calling multiple times and never managed to reach anyone. I've also sent two emails and still haven't received any reply.

Very poor customer service. Bad product, unreliable site. Stay away!

Deeply disappointed – misleading information and poor service

We thought we had ordered a mobile air conditioner, but to my great surprise, it turned out to be just an air cooler. This was absolutely not clearly stated on the website. I feel completely misled – like I was sold false hopes.

I’ve tried to call several times, but there’s never a representative available. Worse still, the call gets disconnected every time. This only adds to the frustration.

I would like to receive a return label via email so I can send this product back as soon as possible. So far, this experience has left me with little confidence in this company
