Questionable Clothing company

I really can't tell if this is a legit clothing company or not, or just a scam. The sweaters are absolutely not as pictured on their website, but super cheap knock-off attempts at them, but sold for premium prices. No label tags, no sizes, no wash instructions. The sizing and quality is all over the place. One sweater had strings hanging off the sleeves. Either they are totally incompetent manufacturers, or just con-artists, regardless I would avoid purchasing their sweaters at all costs. I will say their customer service tried to make things right by offering a different product in exchange, but I tried to fight to just return them for a refund, and they were very resistant to that. I didn't let up and they eventually agreed to refund my money, which I was thankful for. But they were 0 for 2 on the sweaters I purchased.

Disappointed.

My hooded cardigan took over a month to arrive, which I suppose is understandable during the pandemic. The advertising photos make it look like a thick jacket, but it’s just a knitted cardy like your grandma used to make, and quite thin.I could have bought a standard “Hoody” from any store in town for a fraction of the price. And it is also way too small. I followed their sizing chart carefully but it is skin tight with very short sleeves. Because of those time scales, I won’t bother returning it but will pass it on to my grandson.

Ordered a sweater

Ordered a sweater. What they sent wasn't anything close to what was advertised on the site. Will update after I deal with them

No returns service in practice from the UK

I bought two items from the store, they arrived quickly enough and were decent quality but the sizing was small and one of the two garments was very short in the arms.
I contacted the store, they would only consider replacing the item if they had sent the wrong size (they hadn't). They don't offer a returns service at all, even though that's a legal requirement here for mail order.
There are better options.
