This was my first time dealing VERONICA, and I must say it was extremely disappointing. She demonstrate a lack of professionalism that should not be acceptable in any estate agency. I had a property viewing booked a week in advance. A day before the scheduled viewing, she rescheduled it to later time, which was inconvenient for me. Despite this, I rearranged my own schedule to accommodate that change. On that day of viewing she failed to show up. I sent her a message and called her twice no response. She later informed me that the property was no longer available. It wasted my time and showed a total disregard for professionalism and client respect. Management should take appropriate action regarding their agents. These individuals are the face of the company and should represent its name with pride, professionalism, and dignity. Poor conduct from an agent reflects badly not only on themselves but also on the entire organisation.

It took me 2 days to secure property and once when I left the property it took them a 2 days to repay the deposit.

The best agency so far. They are after all professional letting agency.

If I am back to London I will choose them again.

Stay away from this agency. Horrible management and customer experience. They offer low quality houses but then the agency never moves forward with your application. They hold a big amount of your deposit and never give it back. Very dodgy and unprofessional people, would not recommend anyone to rent with them.

Be very careful of these crooks. They steal your deposit. Zero maintenance. Slum landlords. They need to be shut down by the authorities. Disgusting people. Out to steal every last penny.

My very honest opinion is that Colet Estates are wonderful.. I was never disturbed, always serviced with a smile. VERY HAPPY!!

The team is very informed and has a lot a great stock - they were able to show me a number of flats at varied prices and help me with all my questions - Colet does not have stock out side W14 though
