Colisport web site misguiding

Colisport web site does not indicate that they receive and deliver packages only at building front doors, as the operator who receives and delivers them is alone and cannot handle heavy and/or cumbersome items. That information is provided only AFTER the order is completed and paid. Mine was about a bed, so I had to cancel my order and a penalty of €20 was charged to my credit card. Not cool.
