The courier left the package
The courier left the package in front of the gate in an industrial area (SME zone). The delivery took place at 6:00 PM. I asked three times for it to be delivered to the neighbors who were present (in Dutch, French, and English). The man clearly did not want to understand me over the intercom.

Cela fait maintenant quelques années que je n’ai pas le choix de me faire livrer par les services de Colis Privé et que je contaste le manque de professionnalisme de leurs services. Colis déchiré, non livré car ne trouve pas l’adresse (DPD, GLS,.. y parviennent), Si c’est pour attendre ça d’un service de livraison proposé directement le point relais comme ça on est sure d’avoir son colis un jour.
For several years now, I have had no choice but to use Colis Privé’s delivery services, and I keep noticing the lack of professionalism in their service. Torn packages, non-delivered parcels because they supposedly can’t find the address (while DPD, GLS, etc. manage to), if that’s what we’re getting from a delivery service, they should at least offer a pickup point directly, that way we’d be sure to actually receive our package someday
