Bought the fishing catapult rod for windy days and it punches straight through. No more fighting the wind and swearing under my breath lol.

We ordered two of these rod/reel kits for our grandsons..however..only the rods arrived . When I complained they refused to send the reels but told me I could return the rods for a refund…AT MY EXPENSE…TO AUSTRALIA…that would cost me more than I paid for them !!! I am currently working with my credit card company to get my money back on the grounds of false advertising!

My colitt experience has not been good. I accidentally order 2 underwater fish image and they Do NOT DO RETURNS, so I am stuck with an extra one. My husband wasn't thrilled with gift but has to keep it.

WOULD NOT ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!

Horrible horrible company to buy from. Item came with no instructions, poorly package, accidently bought two, won't give refund unless I mail back to Australia. Opened the second one broken. Email the company very or customer service and absolutely no help.

I ordered this fish camera as a Christmas gift for my son. Unbeknownst to me, he already has one from a different company. I reached out to get a return. The customer service response is that we have a 14 day from delivery, return policy. Period. So if timed perfectly to receive it 14 days before Christmas, it’s still winter in Illinois and we would not have been able to try it out for months. But the FY attitude was what is disgraceful, zero respect for someone that tried to support their brand.
Just image if you have trouble with the device…..Beware!!!

Very disappointed in the company. I ordered two of the same item. The item does not work. I contacted the company and requested a return label, which they refused . I was advised I would have to ship the items back at my cost . I come to find out they are in Australia, the cost of shipping would come close to the cost of the items. All I asked was that they do the right thing and refund the money and provide a shipping label. They outright refused (and were rude about it). Very disappointing.

Camera not as pictured, very expensive it’s smaller than my hand. Took too long to receive. Ball below the lens is very small and it’s not as big and blue in color as pictured. Buyer Beware.

I ordered a Christmas gift for my grandson two weeks ago and it’s still in China. The shipper has not received it yet. The company gave me the shipper info. There’s no phone number to call for Colitt. I was expecting package ordered on 12/13 delivered by 12/23 but it is still in China. It hasn’t gone through customs yet! Feeling like I should have researched this company more before making purchase. Now I’m very afraid I made a terrible decision ordering from them.

Bad and frustrating experience all the way around! I bought the Advent calendar mid-November for my grandsons Christmas. Calendar is still not received and we are 17 days into December. Bad customer service - shipping is from China! And it's still sitting there. I wish I would have read reviews. It's bad for all Colitt products for shipping, quality, and customer service.

Do not purchase from this company. Product arrived damaged and only option provided was to return (at my expense) to Australia! The item shipped from NY. Customer service was rude and incredibly unhelpful. This appears to be a dropship scam company from China. Buyer beware.

Do not get sucked into the fake ads of this product!! It is a PVC pipe with electrical tape and does not even come with the reel!!! Total lies and complete garbage. Save your time and money!

Ordered a lure advent calendar for my kids. They opened it up to find nothing was there. Very disappointed. I opened the whole box up to find all the lures had fallen to the bottom. Not designed very well. Especially for the price I paid. I wish I read all these reviews first!! 😭

They sent me a “similar” product to the one I thought I was purchasing in a photo. No refund offered. Do not buy from them. False advertising.

Bad experience. Bad customer service. Over priced you can get the same things on Amazon for way less. I tried to cancel an order and they have yet to get back to me.

Drop shipped absolute rubbish. Fishing rod is held together with electrical tape. No response to refund emails either.

I ordered two of the lure advent calendars to be delivered to Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.
They got delivered to Edmonton, AUSTRALIA.
Tried contacting customer service and NO ONE responded. Screw this company.

Folks , so today talked to the A I voice of the delivery service . It said " it has been 5 days since an update so sorry contact the shipper for a refund " Can't get a response from the company. This is a total Chinese scam and all these positive reviews are fake .I am reporting to all relevant U S authorities . Get the word out !

Purchase arrived damaged, after several days of back and forth emails, started at $8, was given $11 dollars back on an item that cost me $$35 plus $10 in shipping. Was willing to pay the shipping to return, had to ship back to Australia even though I received from Illinois. Still would of made out better. But did not give me that option!! Buyer beware!!

I ordered a fishing hat with a fan for Father’s Day. It arrived late (20 days after purchase), shipped from overseas (not disclosed on the site), and was missing a fan cover, making it unsafe to use. Customer service gave me the runaround for weeks, refused a fair refund, and only offered a replacement part. I had to file a credit card dispute (which I won). Avoid this company.

Terrible customer service. Items were delivered opened, and the team does not provide full return service, so please be aware. I would never purchase from them again.
