Ordered over a week in advance and paid for expedited shipping to receive before Mother’s Day. Not expected to arrive until days after. No refund for the “expedited” shipping despite the expected arrival date being the same as if I did standard shipping. They provided a discount on next purchase, but why would I purchase again if they can’t ship on time?

Ordered a pillow with 50 pictures on it and the quality was actually amazing. I’m impressed with collage.com, would totally recommend!

Ordered 4 customized playing cards and the border/frame work was awful. I'll give you an example. One of the decks had the image that shifts up as you go through the deck until the top frame disappears. Another deck had the image off center and angled. Overall, the work was sloppy.

I ordered two pillow cases: one using the micro fiber material included. And one with the cotton material which they (Collage.com) recommended for $10 more. I sent same photos for each. They said the photos i sent would look much better...
But no... the micro fiber material was MUCH CLEARER!

The postage took over two weeks and the border on my fridge magnets were wonky and looked really poorly made

I’ve had nothing but great experiences with Collage. I was looking for a personalized gift for my dad for Christmas, and had a pillow made with my favorite picture of us. The pillow was delivered without any issues and was absolutely perfect. My dad loved it so much he didn’t even want to take it out of the plastic at first. A friend saw the gift and wanted one too, so I put in another order for another pillow with rush delivery. Again, the pillow was delivered on time, without issue and my friend loves it. I highly recommend these personalized gifts, especially for parents.

I have used collage.com for fleece blankets, books, and canvas prints. In every case the quality was good, and prices were great if you use a coupon (which usually comes up by default). I have reached out to their customer support twice. In both cases, it was not their fault (neighbor took package for safekeeping and didn't mention it, wedding did not happen so picture was a sore point) they re-issued the product at no cost whatsoever. Excellent products and outstanding customer support make this my first stop when looking for a custom gift.

They sent my order quickly but all the print was crooked and skewed, making the gifts look ridiculous. They said they sent replacements via expedited shipping. Its been over three weeks and nothing has been delivered. Never using this site again.

this place is AMAZINGGGGG!! every time i called or emailed their team, they were SO nice. they even offered me a big discount when i had a problem shipping it to the wrong place. i wasn’t supposed to get a refund for 10 days and i called and asked if it would refund any earlier and they said it’s up to my bank. the problem was it was my first purchase so i got the “first purchase” discount, but they STILL gave me a discount of 70% off!!!! it said it was supposed to come 12/23 but it ended up coming 12/26. it didn’t matter to me and i don’t think that this place should get bad reviews because it came a few days after christmas. my sister ordered something on the first week of december through amazon and it was here 2 weeks late. but back to collages quality. i designed a pillow and a photo book. my whole family was laughing at me thinking it would be some crappy thing with terrible photo quality. it finally arrived and i was so excitedddddd! i opened it and i was dumbfounded. every single one of my pictures was printed BEAUTIFULLY. even my couple of blurry photos still turned out FANTASTIC! my family was shocked too! i don’t understand how this place could get any bad reviews. ever. on top of all that, after i received my order, i got an email telling me i could get a FREE gift! all i had to do was pay for the $15 shipping. this saved me like $80 on a blanket. i can’t wait for this one to come in. i also saw a review on this site that said there is no place to put reviews on the actual collage.com website and they pick and choose reviews from other third party websites. this is 100% FAKE!! they don’t have a place to put them because they only want reviews from verified purchases. after you receive your product, one of the amazing and friendly team members sends you an email asking about your order and if you are satisfied. there is a link to leave a review and trust me, this place deserves a lot more than 5 stars. i’m DEFINITELY ordering from here again!

Don’t order from this company even if their website claims your package will arrive within the required time. It won’t.

Your order has been shipped via UPS Mail Innovations. This is a joint service between UPS and the United States Post Office. UPS delivers your package to the post office and your local mail carrier brings it to your door.

Unfortunately, the Postmaster General has taken actions to reduce capacity and slow down mail delivery at the United States Postal Service.

These delays are not consistent and vary from post office to post office. Most orders are being delivered as expected, but we have seen some orders arrive up to 7 days later than the estimated delivery date.

Unfortunately, once orders are printed and shipped, our Customer Satisfaction team is unable to speed up delivery since the orders are in the hands of the Post Office.

Don’t ever order from here . I paid extra to get a delivery in time for Christmas and my delivery is now expected on Dec 30. This place steals your money I will put in another review when I receive product.

I ordered two photo blankets for Christmas gifts and, mostly my fault, they came out blurry and almost unrecognizable. I contacted Collage customer support and they allowed me to send a clearer picture and redesign the blankets. They produced two new blankets (at no cost to me) using the new photo and they came out BEAUTIFULLY. They also arrived in time for Christmas! I could not recommend this company more highly. Quality and customer service are the best!

I ordered a Christmas ornament and was quoted 12/15 for delivery. Then, on 12/15, I got an email saying there were printing delays and it would not arrive by Christmas. Then I found a message on their web site which means they know they had delays, but told me 12/15 anyway. This is just DISHONESTY. And their web site still says I can order & receive it by Christmas - they are liars.

Upgraded blanket was like a thin beach towel. And the blanket had to have been cut & sewn by a blind person. The edges were not straight and it was sewn crooked to boot. The blanket - you can't even call it a blanket, it is that really thin fuzzy fabric that you would by at the dollar store for a throw away towel for the beach. $61.50, and the receipt says I saved $89.97. RIDICULOUS. Do not waste your money - I wish I could post a picture for you guys to see how awful it is. Buyer beware.

Quality of product was a 1. Responded immediately with a replacement which was a 5. Where is quality control to do it right the first time. Trying one more order for another product, we’ll see

I ordered a couple of phone cases and the print quality is absolutely awful. The professional pictures were blotchy and grainy and not anything I would have expected. I only tried this site because Shutterfly doesn't have the iPhone 12 case yet. In the future, I will go back to Shutterfly. The website's reviews are bogus since there is no way for an actual customer to leave a review directly on their website. They must hand pick the good reviews from third parties. Customer service was quick to respond and tried printing a second set of phone cases but it was still an awful quality, if not worse than the first set.

They may have a nice product but the ability to upload a photo is extremely cumbersome. They do not work with Google photos so you have to work thru multiple steps to finish your project. Customer service offers no assistance as they simply tell you they do not work with Google photos.
For this reason I give them a 1 star review. If I can get some level of assistance in finishing my project I will upgrade this.
If you are not a computer genius stick with Shutterfly ,they are much more user friendly.
Collage will make you frustrated and angry as the way they have you create your project is glitchy and full of landmines.

I ordered a puzzle for my anniversary and paid nine dollars for the shipping. It arrived five days late. It was unbelievably disappointing not to have a gift for my special night.

Thrift store quality. It comes in a very small box with a 4x5 photo of the puzzle. How can anyone work off a photo that size. A $20. thousand piece puzzle would have come in a large box with the picture of the puzzle covering the entire top of the box. The puzzle pieces are very small. I am so disappointed for $70 a puzzle!!!???

I just tried to place an order. The main page listed all sorts of deals that included Free shipping but did not list any exclusions. When I went to place my order it tried to charge me $26 in standard shipping. Then the help desk was extremely rude in telling me that I wasn't seeing what I was seeing or taking me to the link it was taking me to. It was blatant false advertising and the more I talked with the help desk the more everything felt and looked like a scam.
