I ordered one blanket from collage.com and one from shutterfly. The shutterfly one came in like 5 days and looks awesome....collage.com sent me someone else's order! ..like what am I supposed to do with someone elses blanket. My blanket was going to a gift for my aunt.. too late now.

I was a little iffy at first I ordered two blankets with custom pictures it took two days for them to deliver my order I absolutely would trust this website so happy with what I got and I will order from them again

Wow!! Absolutely amazing and clear pictures. Customer service is great! Immediately helped me and took care of my issue. (Which was minor) I would recommend them to everyone. Good quality and fast shipping! My mom loves her photo collage and I do too! I will be ordering here from now on! Thanks Collage.com for the best experience!

Placed an order for 2 large prints. Called to make a change and was told that I had to cancel because it had went to print. So I canceled while on the phone. As I waited for the credit so that I could change the print I received an email that the order was shipped. It had been in a cancel state for 2 days prior. Called back and was told they had shipped. No help at all. Very disappointing

This company doesn't deserve 1 star. They're stealing from All there customers by ramping up there shipping cost



They charged me over $30 to ship my package to be delivered up the street. I know they overcharge all there customers because I work for the shipping company. They use a shipping option, which gives there customers reasonable discounts but instead they charge there customers outstanding rates. I will make sure I let everyone know not to ever buy from Collage.com because their a rip off company.

This is the worst company I've purchased from in a longtime and they can not get away with tacking on extra charges on shipping when it cost nomore than $10 if not less.

This dissatisfaction will not go away until the WORLD knows how they're Stealing from there customers.

Would give zero "stars" Tried to order free blanket with free shipping!! They said oh sorry, use this code. I tried everything!! Didn't work!! Then they email me, try this, you will like the price of the blanket!! Before that last comment, they said it works on your account here!! Then they could have done my order for me, if it was free!! Not!!

I ordered a photo blanket, the blanket came out perfect, the pictures looked better than what i expected. I paid extra for faster shipping, it arrived exactly on the date i was given. I will continue to order more products.

I’ve been purchasing from Collage.com for years and they have always provided great customer service. The only reason I gave them 4 stars versus 5 stars is due to two representatives I encountered over the past week. One of them I called for assistance with the creation of a photo card. I asked for assistance with the sizing* of photos on the format that offered same size photos for all the photos on the card. His response to me was to go to each photo and resize the pictures until they would fit, He could not tell me what size the photos needed to be...I really thought that was unacceptable. The second call I made was also in regards to the cards. I wanted to know if there could be consideration with the shipping costs when ordering one card$5.99 is just to steep. She told me no there are no exceptions. I believe the company would benefit from offering discounted shipping at a minimum from their loyal customers.

I ordered a product from collage.com on 7/6. My moms birthday was on 7/13. I knew I was cutting it close, but the reviews were good.
On 7/10, I received notification that my order was shipped. Whew! In time for mommas birthday. Nope. Here it is, minutes away from 7/21 and no tracking data from ups.com. Nothing. No package, no updates and no birthday present. Should have went with my gut and ordered from Shutterfly.com.....but shame on me, I wanted to save a couple of dollars. Shutterfly, no matter what, has always delivered in 5 days or less. 😡

The best service!! I needed large canvas prints for my Mom’s memorial service. I accidentally ordered the canvases a little late, right before the July 4th holiday. I selected Rush delivery, but the canvases were due to arrive the day after the memorial service. I called Collage.com and begged for them to do everything possible to get the canvases delivered on time. AND THEY DID!!! Both canvases arrived ahead of the memorial service date. I was very happy with the quality of the canvas prints and the fast delivery right before the holiday. I was also very relieved. Thank you for the wonderful high-quality work, fast delivery, and coming through for me when I really needed it.

I have ordered 12 items from Collage as gifts. 5 Coffee cups, 1 jigsaw puzzle, 3 calendars, 1 pillow, 1 canvas, and a book. Best gifts EVER! Highly recommend this site! The look on families faces as they open their gifts is unforgettable! Thank you so much collage! Will continue to order more! Fast, easy, and great customer care.

I ordered a puzzle from a picture. It was absolutely awful and we will be throwing it away. I'm so embarrassed because I actually gave it as a birthday gift. What a horrible gift it turned out to be. The puzzle pieces are not unique, which means many pieces will fit with many other pieces. It took forever even to get the outside done since the pieces are so interchangeable. Save your money or buy a puzzle form someone else!!

I will never order through this company again. We ordered a gift for Father’s Day and it will arrive a week later than promised, after Father’s Day.

I had to cancel this order due to the excessive delivery time. 2 months for a puzzle when it is made in the US. I understand they would like to make money on shipping, but I find it unreasonable to not be up front about shipping time (2 months!) unless you pay for very expensive expedited shipping. It is also frustrating to not have this information until you have created your project. Will not use this company in the future.

The best place to get gifts. I ha e purchased 3 blankets, a coffee mug and a photo book. All are beyond perfect. They are fast and of you make an account they send you discount codes all the time. I have never paid full price. Just ordered a blanket today 6/4/2020 of my son's graduation, says it will be here 7/7/2020. But they have always came early even during the COVID-19 mess.Can't wait.

Absolutely love their products!!! Been doing a lot of their books, it was a learning experience. 1st I wasn’t happy with, my fault. I have learned so much!! Easy to cancel a book if needed as long as it is done quickly. The shipping I agree is high. I compared different sites that do the books. Collage is more than fair. I will never use anyone else, what a great way to relive special times. I have recommended this product to so many people. All have been thrilled.

I've ordered blankets, puzzles, bags, a canvas, just about every thing from this company and everything has ALWAYS turned out awesome. I've spent thousands of dollars here and will continue with this company for all of their amazing work!!! Customer service has been so friendly and helpful. Love these people!!!! Just amazing work!!!!!

I ordered a photo book for my husband who's incarcerated. He was thrilled! I haven't seen the result but he loved the way it came out! I can only recommend making your own photo book with the help from Collage.com. It's easy, they'll help you with the layout if you need it. So easy!
Bonus info.. I made it sitting in Denmark and had it sent to my husband in TX. Everything went smooth!

UPDATE: within a week of using my new phone case the corner broke off, and the entire back and sides are scratched up. For $30 I would expect it to be at least reasonably durable. Really disappointed because I love the picture on this case but within a week it’s already breaking.

I ordered a custom phone case on Tuesday and received it on Saturday of the same week! I received emails when my product order was ordered, when it was finished printing, and when it was shipped out. The phone case is exactly what I wanted. It cost less than $30 for a custom printed phone case and less than a week shipping

I thought their prices were reasonable so I designed four standard pillowcases on their website. When I checked out I discovered they were charging me $27 to send them to me. There’s no way this actually cost them more than $3 or $4. This is not how a respectable company acts and should not be legal.
