Booked a collection for lots of bags of my late mother's clothes. They rang to confirm collection the day prior and collected the following day as arranged.

Very easy to book a collection, great communication and staff were helpful

I have used collection for clothes quite a few times and each time they have collected the clothes on the day they said they would,I know its going to a good cause and it also benefits myself not having to take the clothes myself.

This is the second time I arranged a collection and I even recommended the organisation to my Mum, both very happy with both the service and communication. Will definitely use again when the need arises - 5 stars thank you

Excellent support from start to finish, making my donation of clothing and bric-a-brac, to different charities, so easy to do.
Email communication was speedy, from my original email query asking about booking a collection, to the uplift of my donated items the next day.

Such an easy process all round.

Booking a collection was straight forward. Once you submit your request. You will receive an email with available dates in your area once a date is chosen and confirmed you are able if needed to rearrange by a quick email. The day before your collection they contact you via text just to confirm you are still happy to go ahead with the collect.

I have now booked a collection twice. Got everything ready, carried the bags outside, twice! I checked that it was still going ahead, replied to their email confirming address as soon as I saw it, unfortunately I do have other things going on and don't check my email every few minutes, I rang at 4pm in the afternoon to verify that someone was still picking the bags up and was told that they would be. No one came to collect on either occasion. They seem very badly organised!

Enquired about collection and was booked within 5 minutes! Collected early on the day and left a thank you note with my chosen charity. Will definitely use Collection4clothes again.
