Overall a good onboarding so far. A little clunky as we wait for S-corp elections to move over but the platform helps keep everything in the right spot. Javier and Shelby were great overall

Feedback based on 18 months:
- Lack of guidance and support to specific questions and situations.
- The chart of accounts is rigid and cannot be tailored to other types of businesses than just servicea/consulting.
- Very slow response time, and the messaging system UI/UX to communicate with the support is horrendous.
- You have no say after important changes in their policies (data privacy, outsourcing to third parties, data protection, etc.).
Overall, it's not worth the money.

Shobi and team are the absolute bees knees. I have an unreasonable fear of numbers (which is why I became an artist) this team helps all my business confusion feel palatable and possible, even when I wait until the very last SECOND. True lifesavers.

Elizabeth is an amazing Member Success Manager. As an entrepreneur, I am always more comfortable about my finances, business projections, and tax structure after our virtual sessions. Highly recommend!

He was very patient. Jorge did an excellent explaining absolutely every question I had. I think he should get a raise. I oved working with him. This is our second meeting and both times he was excellent.

Instead of having to track when estimated taxes are due-- they let me know timelines and due dates so that I stay on track without falling behind.
