When I was downloading the powerpoints…
When I was downloading the powerpoints I need, I got the following message.
"Our system has identified a huge no. of download requests from different IPs using your account. Please contact our support at sketchbubble.com for further assistance regarding this."
My daughter bought the premium member subscription for me with her visa card via her phone. And, I have only one computer (one IP) and I started downloading with that one only. I do not have another computer to download. And, I will always be using this computer (one IP) for my downloading.
Actually, I do believe I have my right to use with any computer of my choice to download the powerpoint slides from the premium account that I paid for unlimited download.
And, if I have two computers, I have my right to use any one of them (but I have one computer with one IP). Before purchasing the premium account, I found no restrictions on number of computer to use, and number of download.
Please take care of this problem for me asap.
