Excellent Customer Service
Excellent template designs and world class customer service. I had an issue with searching for a particular presentation on a Sunday. I emailed support and they responded and resolved my issue within 20min. On a Sunday!

Quick Response to Fix Challenges
For some odd reason (it has never happened to me before) I was charge CAD (Canadian rates) for this product which turns out to be a little more than the US rates. We never figured out the why behind it, but they worked with me to come up with a solution that worked for both of us. I really appreciate their attention to this and working with me. In reference to their templates, they are GREAT!
