Lol this is a mega scam company. I can't believe there's so many bad reviews. Anyways below my experience.

I got a policy with them. I'm Irish, my trip was to Bulgaria.

So I had my trip, had a medical event, came back home. Then submitted a claim.

Couple days later, I heard from them.

They said.

" We can NOT pay any medical costs, your policy is not PMI (Private medical insurance) therefore, your Irish local medical insurance has to pay for all costs of your medical event in Bulgaria. "

LOL what? Are they serious?

That whole sentence sounds like a scam.

Why did I buy a policy with them in the first place, if they give me no cover? So, the money I paid, it's some kind of money donation to them? Hilarious.

It's absolutely ridiculous, and a huge scam.

What's the point of buying the policy?

I could just upgrade my local Irish medical policy, to the maximum and have better cover with them.

This company is totally a scam, stay away from them.

Went to Stansted Airport Drive through for our rapid PCR test yesterday, We didn't realise that we had to complete a further online registration. A very lovely lady Arlene helped us whilst she also helped our cars pulling in. When filling in the Registration we did not receive the required confirmation email and Arlene made every effort to make sure this was sorted and that the email address was corrected, so that we could receive our results in time for our flight.
Thank you Arlene you made a worrying experience very smooth for us.

The lady who I approached at the reception at Stansted airport was awful. I asked several questions about the test and what to do if I would test positive, for example, who do I have to contact if I test positive and where do I have to go. Happens that her answer was always, "well go do your test and if you test positive then you will find out what to do". This was ridiculous and left me in shock. I felt treated as a low class citizen. If my skin was also "african" coloured, she would definitely have answered my questions.
1 star goes to the lady who executed the lateral flow test which managed to calm me down after this whole situation.
I do not recommend and will never use collisongroup again, as their employees lack basic education.

I had a great, professional and very easy experience with the Heathrow Team! We booked rapid PCR and day 2 tests on return. We arrived for our PCR and was talked through the options and the team confirmed where we were going directing us to Websites of the country we where going to confirm entry requirements. The day 2 kit arrived within 48 hrs of order.

Swabs completed in no time and on route back home results in our inbox.

sent various emails to them with regards to them not sending our covid tests before our departure on holiday with conjunction with on the beach holiday agents.

An absolute appalling lack of customer service. One of the test kits arrived incomplete the other took seven days for the test result and not the two days advertised on the website. We are unable to get them to respond to emails, web chats, their behaviour is criminal there is absolutely no way that you can comply to government guidelines and we have had been unable to leave the house a per government instruction that we need PCR results to do so. Shame on you, we have been cheated by your company.

Done my covid antigen test at stansted airport before my departure. Good service , result came back in 20 min.

Quick to take your money ,slow to process results.
Do not use if you want a result within the 48 hours.

as per all the other reviews, terrible company. CS non existent and would not change a test I had booked incorrectly following their prompts and questions "to what test you would need"- Asisipho on their live chat is pathetic.

Terrible customer experience... purchased a Day 2 test, tried several times to register, and they say the number on the tube has a problem... more than 4 hours already wasted on webchat, no success yet... and I cannot perform a mandatory test that I paid more than 55GBP for it! Terrible experience! AVOID!

Excellent service at Stansted Airport and result arrived as expected in the time scale indicated
Collison had been recommended to me and I pre-booked my day 2 PCR test. It wasn't very expensive either.
It was a smooth process, efficient, no queue and the actual test was thorough and quick

I booked some tests for my parents saying they were doing tests with results within 12 hours. when I went to the Stansted testing centre they said they do services only within 48 hours which was an issue with my parents flights so I had to re-book them. I asked for a refund they said yes, after 14 days I did chase it they asked me the card details and then back again saying they do not refund. It is just a joke this company...PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM!!!

The service provided by Collisons and the testing at their Gatwick site for pre travel lateral flow tests was efficient and friendly. Results were returned quickly. Sadly the 20% EasyJet discount didn’t work for either my wife or I and when I contacted Collisons customer service their response was convoluted and unclear. If you can find a test cheaper than £40 I’d suggest going elsewhere if price is a key factor.

No directions to the drive through day 2 at Manchester. Naively I thought there would be only one....there are numerous and there were no directions on the email or obvious at the airport. Needless to say we went to the wrong one and we're redirected (as had others). Staff at site were effective and the test for 3 of us took max 15 minutes. Received notification of results within 24 hours however they were not attached to our account as instructed. Still not there 48 hours + therefore tedious route fire website. Seems like a company filling their bank accounts from a captive audience ☹️

There is no refund if people doesn't need the test anymore.. Your employers at the testing centre advised me that the company can refund the amount I paid if there is no need to be tested anymore.. But you guys the only thing matters for you is how to take people's money

We have had a really stressful time booking the appropriate PCR tests at the relevant time . All the staff at the drive through at manchester airport where amazing , friendly and very reassuring. However a really special mention to a Paula Q who was a angel in disguise and went above and beyond . She is a absolute credit to your company

I recently visited Collison’s O2 location for a test and release day 5 RT-LAMP tests.

Knowing the test is quick to complete in the lab, I booked an early appointment and paid more than other providers.

The results took almost 12 hours and were close to the cut-off. While this was within the published timings I had expected them to be much quicker. In contrast my day 2 and 8 tests were with Randox health- they provided the results within 3 hours of arrival in the lab.

Given the premium pricing and slow service I would recommend you look at other options for test to release.
