Pay my bill that my insurance was suppose to cover

They violate HIPPA and disregard that the patient is the highest authority on their healthcare. They contract with doctors and clinics and get access to your medical records, spam your phone with calls and texts and send you testing packages with their logo all over it. I had to get off work early to wait in line at the post office for their package I never discussed with anyone, nor approved to be shipped. I don't care what kind of kickback they get from doctors, they should NEVER have this kind of automatic access to your personal contact information and medical record. They need to be sued. Their product has a high rate of inaccuracy anyway.

They Sent this to my home on there own tried to blame being sent on my insurance company BUT truth is they are scamming my insurance company!!!
Scam scam stay away from this company!!!!
They will send kit on there own then try and charge your insurance company or make YOU pay for it scam scam DO NOT use if sent !
Class action suit needs to be done !!!!

This company needs zero stars. They lost the first test. That should have clued me in. The commerciails are completely FALSE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You do have to watch what you eat the 72 hours before you do the test!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The commercials DO NOT state that. So now I have a positive. GREAT! Now the one thing that I was trying to avoid is going to happen.
I wish I had read the reviews before using the product. Now my concern is that now I will have to pay for this product and BCBS will not pay for the follow-up colposcopy. Due to the results from this test. The stress and anxiety that is caused by this is crazy. Several have stated that they received a video to watch. I did not.

The kit was sent immediately. The company emailed a reminder (I was away for a week). They also checked in by text to remind to complete. The procedure was easy enough. (I watched a YouTube video on how to use it.). I sent it back immediately and received results within a few days.

My health insurance has a cap on yearly preventative procedures. I literally had to choose between a colonoscopy or a mammogram. Being I am high risk I must have a mammogram. Not fair. Health insurance owns you. At least I was able to get tested through cologuard. I am thankful that is an option for people like me. The test came back negative. Will test again in 3 years. Again…..thank you!

If I could no star I would. I believe Cologuard intentionally baffled my test just to order another back to back. It's the same stool, if you were not able to achieve results from my first one...you can't the second. So NO I will not send you another. Get it RIGHT! I've done a colonoscophy....

Cologuard advertises to be easy and accurate testing for colon cancer. I completed the test after pulling out the kit, following the step-by-step instructions and mailing it securely. Then I received a text saying they could not complete the testing on my stool sample. I called customer service and what was put on hold. Then I was told there must have been a leak. I don't believe that because the whole packaging was enclosed and zipped in a plastic package that they provided. I think this is a scam and somehow the doctors get a kick back for ordering this product. I will not be doing a second test.

I did the cologuard test and it came back positive, my Dr said I need to go see a gastoologist, I made the appointment and they did a colonoscopy I had a large pulyp removed and was told it was aggressive, and now I have to go every 3 yrs. At first I didn't think the test was right, but now I will recommend people to use it.

This company has provided seniors like me with a very precise but very easy home test. The material used are top of the line and very comfortable. I am a 68 years senior who appreciates the time and effort put into this product to help promote good health. It’s an awesome kit very simple and very safe. Thanks

I guess this company doesn’t care about negative reviews, because there are so many of them, and no one ever responds! This is the third time I’ve used colorguard, and each time I get repeated calls that my sample “weighs too much“. Now there is absolutely nothing in their instructions about the weight of the sample. I follow their instructions to the letter, and then each time I talk to a representative of the company, they tell me something different. When I point out that what they’re telling me is not in their instructions or literature, they simply ignore it and say follow “my advice”. That advice is usually wrong so they want you to take the test over and over again. Completely ridiculous! I would give them no stars or a negative number if it would allow me to do so.

I didn’t bc approve the test! They sent it anyway and call text and harass me at all hours of the day!

I wish I could give negative stars. Cologuard is extremely misleading on its accuracy. Independent reviews of Cologuard show that the tests return false positives 62-74% of the time, not the small percentage Cologuard claims.

I had a positive for cancerous DNA and/or bleeding. Cologuard did not provide what was what, only that I had to have a colonoscopy. It was a miserable and painful experience to prepare for and go through and generated a bill of over $22,000 after a benign polyp was removed. That's right. Benign. No bleeding, no cancer. I will never use Cologuard again.

Yeah thought I’d get a call if it was positive but they didn’t bother and didn’t know my results until almost 6 months later so had a Colonoscopy done so it was negative was stressed out and scared for 2 months since it was the 1st app available for my Colonoscopy thanks

Horrible service! Completed the test as instructed. Delivered to them in 24 hours. Took 4 days to be sent a text that my kit "can not be tested, we will send you another kit call xxx..."
Spent 47 minutes on phone to get another kit.
The call center is literally in another country!
Can not answer questions as to WHY sample cannot be tested.
Easier to use local labs.

This company, Exact Sciences, that makes Cologuard are possibly the WORST HEALTHCARE PROVIDER in the US! Why some doctors are still recommending this process is beyond belief!

READ the reviews from those who've had the STRESS and EXPENSE of the many FALSE POSITIVES the kit gives.

READ the reviews from those, like me, who have been told by Exact Sciences that it will be 100% covered, only to find THEY WERE BILLED FOR UP TO 100% of the procedure!

Further, once they have finished harrassing you (almost daily) to use and return the kit, they start HARASSING YOU WEEKLY to pay them. Even though THEY TOLD YOU it was fully covered.

READ the BBB's "CURRENT ALERT" on this company - detailing how they scam and harrass patients as a "pattern" of behavior.

Seriously, it EASIER, CHEAPER, FASTER and MUCH MORE RELIABLE to get a colonoscopy from an actual doctor than to let these con-artists give you one!

Total waste of time. You still require a colonoscopy, This test tells you nothing. Anything can set it off as positive or negative. The only real way to find out what is going on in your colon is to get a colonoscopy and physically have it checked out.
I had 2 Dr's at Cedars push me into a Cologuard test which made me consider just what this company is paying them to prescribe it. There was no reason but a waste of time.

This company does not know how to conduct a business. A person screens each box’s personal info and in my case they misread the date I got the sample. They automatically threw my sample away and sent a message as such. I called to discuss this problem and they took the party line of covering up their mistake. How can you trust a company who does not do their own process correctly?!! You cannot trust them, don’t use this company!!

Really weird customer service telephone exchange. Reminded me of a "boiler room" scenario. Too many negative reviews on here...time to take the physical test.

I took the Cologuard test in March of 2024 because I live in the country and coordinating a ride to get a colonoscopy is difficult. My result came back positive so I had to do the colonoscopy anyway. I had to wait over two months with the thought in my mind that something might be seriously wrong. Well, as it turned out, the colonoscopy found nothing... No polyps, No cancer..... Absolutely nothing. I questioned the doctor about Cologuard and her comment was, "We get too many of these. I wish the test were way more accurate."
