Absolutely incredible service
Absolutely incredible service! My bike arrived quickly, was packaged extremely well, and was easy to finish assembling. Everything worked perfectly except for one component that wasn't functioning properly.
I contacted their customer service team, and they responded immediately. They quickly started the warranty process and shipped a replacement part without any hassle. They have taken care of everything from start to finish.
What impressed me most was receiving a personal phone call from a real person who took the time to explain exactly how they were going to resolve the issue. That level of customer service is rare these days.
If I could give more than five stars, I absolutely would. This is a company that truly stands behind its products and takes care of its customers. They are doing business the right way!
