When the sings turned up the quality was terrible. With the picture looking all pixelated. The company should call the customer to explain this before proceeding.

However, we did advise prior to production that the artwork submitted was of low quality and could lead to pixelation when printed at the requested size. We also invited you to provide higher-resolution artwork to achieve a better finish. As no updated files were received, we proceeded with the original artwork as approved.
As a gesture of goodwill, we would be happy to offer a discount on a reprint should you wish to supply higher-resolution artwork, and we’d be glad to assist in checking the files beforehand to ensure the best possible outcome.

Such a professional Company
